阿玛拉瓜 MS 酒店

This hotel was a huge disappointment. I have stayed in many hotels around the world, but I have never experienced such rude, unprofessional, and unhelpful staff. From the moment we checked in, our experience was unpleasant. The young lady at reception (whose name began with "G") was unfriendly, spoke so quickly that it was difficult to understand her, and made us feel anything but welcome. The hotel's policies are absurd. Guests are expected to pay extra for basic amenities such as beach towels, an iron, tea, and coffee—services that are standard at many hotels in this price range. Our room was outdated, and the balcony felt poorly maintained and even unsafe to use. The restaurant was chaotic, with long lines, slow service, and an overall disorganized atmosphere. The swimming pool was overcrowded, noisy, and far from relaxing. We paid a significant amount of money to celebrate our anniversary, expecting a memorable and enjoyable stay. Instead, it turned out to be the worst hotel experience we've ever had. I would never stay at this hotel again, and I cannot recommend it to anyone.

Fint hotell som ligger midt på stranden. Ok rom. vi hadde et standar rom med noe havutsikt. Terrassen var liten, men grei nok. Vi hadde rom i 1.etasje så det var lite utsikt. Flotte fellesområder, Stor og god frokost. Flott underholdning om kvelden. Veldig koselig i nærområdet

Great experience staying in this hotel. Breakfast options and dinner were excellent. Staff were very friendly and respectful. I loved the way they acknowledge everyone and seated when entering the dining room. Beach view was great. Clean beach and shallow water to enjoy swimming. Finding sun bed by the pool was challenging at times. We rented the beach beds which were very comfy and clean in front of the hotel.

Two words: loved it!

Det vist fint at en spansk standart at være. Ikke nyt, men okay.. man skal lige tage højde for larm fra flasketømning af container, hvis man har dør/udsigt til vandet. Det altid og hver dag omkring kl. 01.30 der bliver tømt og det larmer kort

Great hotel & very clean, staff lovely only negatives, hotel very busy, couldn't get a sunbed unless you went at crack of dawn although a notice reminds you not to reserve sunbeds but this is not enforced, the usual empty sunbeds with towels & guests only appeared after lunch. Restaurant very busy with constant queues, food not replenished if about 10:00am, chef who hand carved the ham & parma ham each morning was so slow, making each dish a work of art, most days I gave up waiting with 5/6 people in front of me,

Rommet var fantastisk, et minus var nok de harde sengene og den dårlige WiFi som var på rommet. Frokosten var himmelsk med utrolig masse smaker og ferske varer, og champagne som sto alltid klar om du ønsker deg . Hele området var alltid rent og betjeningen alltid smilende.

Fine rom, selv med utsikt til byen. God mat og VELDIG hyggelig og hjelpsom betjening! Alle! Rengjøring perfekt, hver dag.! Spaavdelingens ansatte var i særklasse: kjempeflinke! Vi har veldig lyst til å komme tilbake ❤️

Nee hadden straat kant met verkeer geluiden kamer was neyjes maar geen fijne badkamer alles nat na het doche Misschien een trekker erbij zetten. De spa is een lachertje apart in de sauna haha. Buiyen zwembad was top alleen de badmerster zijn niet zo op lettend .de hele dag hebben er handdoeken op 2 bedjes geleggen en is niemand geweest. En na een regenbui niet alles terug leggen de matrassen van de houten bedden bv. Maar verder top

This hotel although a little dated had excellent facilities and good food. Be careful if you like an early night as we were in a junior suite which was right on top of the bar. The noise went on a little too late for us on a few nights. The entertainment stopped at 11.45 but the people didn't 😊

The staff was great at this hotel. They were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was really good and had a lot of options. The pool is really nice, and this hotel is right on the beach! The beach was amazing, and we walked back and forth between the pool & beach all day long. Also - Stephanie at the spa gives great massages! We took a taxi from the train station for $31 (Euro).

L'emplacement est idéal ! Les prestations avec accès au spa inclus est top ! Le déjeuner est vraiment super copieux. Merci et bravo

40 Minuten Checkin Schlange - Wahnsinn. Zimmer “mit eingeschränktem Meerblick” heißt in diesem Fall Sicht aufs Hotel direkt gegenüber, unten der Hof wo die Lieferanten rein und raus fahren, die Aircondition Tag und Nacht rattert und um das Meer sehen zu können muss man sich übers Geländer des Balkons beugen. Kommt bei mir auf die Never Again Liste!!

Very disappointed, the hotel was extremely noisy late into the early hours of the morning throughout or stay, due to a Salsa event being hosted by the hotel, which we were not made aware of at the time of booking. The event also took over the MS Tropicana Beach Club during the entire time of our stay, which made it impossible for us to enjoy this facility, due the the sheer numbers of people attending the event and the noise being created. This 4 day break was meant to be a relaxing time for my wife, who has recently lost her father, quite to the contrary we hardly slept due the the noise and were not able to make use the hotel facilities. During the day we sort to move well away from the hotel and spend time on the beach some distance from the Hotel MS Amaragua, so as to get some peaceful relaxation. Could I suggest that when accepting a booking, that you make people aware of this type of event would be taking place during their stay and that they may be inconvenienced or impacted by it in some way. I look forward to your response.

Bra läge vid stranden, helt ok rum men gammaldagssängar. Mycket bra frukost och hyfsat gym. trevlig Spa personal.

Was our first time at this hotel. Thought breakfast wonderful. Comfortable beds at pool. Spa and freshwater pool amazing. Great taxi service from hotel.
