Hotel MS Amaragua

Nee hadden straat kant met verkeer geluiden kamer was neyjes maar geen fijne badkamer alles nat na het doche Misschien een trekker erbij zetten. De spa is een lachertje apart in de sauna haha. Buiyen zwembad was top alleen de badmerster zijn niet zo op lettend .de hele dag hebben er handdoeken op 2 bedjes geleggen en is niemand geweest. En na een regenbui niet alles terug leggen de matrassen van de houten bedden bv. Maar verder top

This hotel although a little dated had excellent facilities and good food. Be careful if you like an early night as we were in a junior suite which was right on top of the bar. The noise went on a little too late for us on a few nights. The entertainment stopped at 11.45 but the people didn't 😊

The staff was great at this hotel. They were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was really good and had a lot of options. The pool is really nice, and this hotel is right on the beach! The beach was amazing, and we walked back and forth between the pool & beach all day long. Also - Stephanie at the spa gives great massages! We took a taxi from the train station for $31 (Euro).

L'emplacement est idéal ! Les prestations avec accès au spa inclus est top ! Le déjeuner est vraiment super copieux. Merci et bravo

40 Minuten Checkin Schlange - Wahnsinn. Zimmer “mit eingeschränktem Meerblick” heißt in diesem Fall Sicht aufs Hotel direkt gegenüber, unten der Hof wo die Lieferanten rein und raus fahren, die Aircondition Tag und Nacht rattert und um das Meer sehen zu können muss man sich übers Geländer des Balkons beugen. Kommt bei mir auf die Never Again Liste!!

Very disappointed, the hotel was extremely noisy late into the early hours of the morning throughout or stay, due to a Salsa event being hosted by the hotel, which we were not made aware of at the time of booking. The event also took over the MS Tropicana Beach Club during the entire time of our stay, which made it impossible for us to enjoy this facility, due the the sheer numbers of people attending the event and the noise being created. This 4 day break was meant to be a relaxing time for my wife, who has recently lost her father, quite to the contrary we hardly slept due the the noise and were not able to make use the hotel facilities. During the day we sort to move well away from the hotel and spend time on the beach some distance from the Hotel MS Amaragua, so as to get some peaceful relaxation. Could I suggest that when accepting a booking, that you make people aware of this type of event would be taking place during their stay and that they may be inconvenienced or impacted by it in some way. I look forward to your response.

Bra läge vid stranden, helt ok rum men gammaldagssängar. Mycket bra frukost och hyfsat gym. trevlig Spa personal.

Was our first time at this hotel. Thought breakfast wonderful. Comfortable beds at pool. Spa and freshwater pool amazing. Great taxi service from hotel.

Hyvä rantanäköala. Henkilökunta kohteliasta. Hiekkarannalle pääsee lähes suoraan hotellilta. Kuntosalista plussaa. Iltaisin allasalueella erilaista musiikkiohjelmaa, joka saattaa häiritä iltaisin.

Ik lag aan de weg, erg remoerig met verkeer en mensen die een glaasje teveel op hadden de hele nacht door. Kamer was gedateerd, lekkage in badkamer, en had de douchedeur opeens in me handen Werd wel keurig schoongemaakt

The hotel is beautiful with a real spa sense from the minute you walk in. The facilities and location are excellent and the cleanliness is amazing. The beach and surrounding area is also very clean and there is loads to do. Great location for anyone with mobility issues as everything is flat. My only fault is with the staff around the pool, who leave little notes on sun loungers if you leave them for any length of time. We were sitting at a table 6ft behind our loungers having a cup of coffee at the pool bar, and came back to a note on the bed saying not to reserve beds. This was very cheeky as we hadn’t left the pool area at all. This would actually put me off staying in the hotel as this is no way to treat guests who are not abusing the facilities. The pool lifeguard seemed to take great pleasure in walking around issuing these little cards.

The hotel is very nice! great pool, breakfast is very good. the only problem is the room and very not comfortable bed and pillows. i hope they improve it.

Cada vez que me alojo en este hotel me llevo sorpresas más agradables ……este es un hotel 5* como los grandes que yo he dirigido en Madrid .felicidades.

La atención de recepción ayudante de maletas y spa fueron muy buenas ,pésima zona donde teníamos la habitación en la terrraza el Edor de basura era constante y los ruidos y gritos de empleados en la noche erq insoportable ,la piscina pequeña de agua sucia salada y extra caliente ,no ahí lugar libre ya que todas las hamacas la tienen los ingleses todo el día y ni tienes espacio en la piscina para bañarte ,mucha gente piscina pequeña ,el trato del bar en la terraza pésimo ,les pedias te miraban raro y se hiban a servir a los guiris ,el boufet muy bueno comida de buena calidad ,spa gym súper bien ,servidoras de limpieza simpáticas y buen trato ,como recomendar no lo recomiendo a ningun español ya que veo que este hotel prioriza más por los extranjeros más que por los españoles .full de guiris liándola y el hotel permitiéndo sin normas a ninguno .
