Super Lage um den Bierkönig und den Megapark zu besuchen. Leider sind die Handtücher viel zu dünn und zu klein. Außerdem ist es schade, dass keinerlei Musik läuft tagsüber. Das hätte ich zumindest an der Poolbar viel gemütlicher gefunden und auch erwartet.

If you are young German which like to party and drinking all day and night this area is for you, other wise stay away!

O hotel é péssimo me senti completamente enganada pelas fotografias, hotel velho, mal cuidado, serviço de limpeza terrível, sem contar o sistema all incluso, horrível puro bandejão! Não tivemos coragem de entrar na piscina de tanta gente, nap indico de modo algum! Horrível

Optimale Lage zwischen Megapark und Bierkönig.

The resort is excellent! One thing i noticed. There is no music playing and the one they have is for a funeral home. They need an activity person to make people have a good time other than eat and tan. The show at 9 pm is not good. Singers cant engage with customers because they are bad. Thats the only thing i see.

Le séjour au top . Hôtel parfaitement bien situé, propre et super confort toutes commodités, le service irréprochable, employés aux petits soins...la restauration riche, variée et très bonne qualité. Seul point de difficulté, le stationnement, pas toujours évident...mais c'est un détail presque insignifiant...je dirai Bravo au Riu Bravo 😉😍

Es war alles sehr gut in Hotel. Wir haben sehr schöne Urlaub gehabt.

Tolles Hotel,Tolle Zimmer

En kvinde ved receptionen beskyldte vores familie for at have byttet hotelværelse, hvilket var forkert, da vi fik udleveret hotelkort (dørkort) af personalet. På trods af at vi prøvede at forklare hende situationen da vi skulle checke ind, fortsatte hun med at beskylde os.. uprofessionel adfærd.

Super propre calme près de toute commodité à recommander

We had a very disappointing experience at Hotel RIU Bravo, Mallorca. At the check-in the manager Vitor treated us with arrogance and sarcasm, insisting our reservation was for 2 adults and 1 baby — even though our voucher clearly stated 2 adults and 1 child. What bothered us most wasn’t the mistake itself, but Vitor’s unprofessional and disrespectful attitude. He showed zero empathy and made no effort to resolve the issue politely. Instead, he was mocking and inflexible, as if we were trying to take advantage — which was absolutely not the case. Our daughter is 11 years old — clearly not a baby. The difference is obvious and explicitly written in the booking documentation. We had just stayed at RIU Plaza Madrid, where the service was excellent. Hard to believe both belong to the same hotel chain. We were charged €85 extra/day, even for the first night in an inadequate room. The second room had two singles pushed together and called a "King" — uncomfortable and misleading. Us was being practically extorted. Food lacked quality. This hotel is constantly overcrowded, and the service feels cold and impersonal. It’s clear this place prioritizes volume over quality. Not recommended for families seeking comfort and respectful service.

Överlag väldigt bra, men i ett ganska stökigt område. Dock var det ordning på hotellet och alla Tyskar bodde på annat håll. Bra poolområde med bra barnbassäng.

Allt var perfekt, jag kan bara rekommendera att hotel skulle kunna skapa lite mer kula aktiviteter som fest, dj vid pool eller karaoke annars jag rekommenderar den hotell 100%!

Tolles Hotel, es gibt kaum was auszusetzen. Ich war bereits das 4. Mal hier. Es könnten noch Aktivitäten wie z.B. Billard und Darts bereitgestellt werden. Die Liegen werden sehr früh morgens gelegt! Um 8 Uhr sind bereits 85% der Liegen belegt. Uns wurde einfach eine Liege und ein Sonnenschirm von anderen Gästen weggenommen.. teilweise schwieriges Klientel

The buffet was good , workers are n restaurant are fantastic. Hotel staff are not very welcoming . Room was big ac was perfect .

Excellent location with 5 min walk to the beach but far enough from noisy beach pubs. All inclusive food and service was excellent. Very clean. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, et tenons à souligner la qualité de l'accueil. Un grand merci à Maria, toujours souriante et parlant plusieurs langues, qui a su gérer avec efficacité et gentillesse l'extension de notre séjour suite à une annulation de vol. Elle a réussi à nous éviter un changement de chambre, ce qui a été très apprécié ! Concernant les repas, le choix est vaste, bien que l’on sente qu’il pourrait y avoir un petit effort pour monter en gamme. Cela dit, le personnel de salle est vraiment agréable, même en période de forte affluence. Un grand bravo à Santiago, toujours souriant, ainsi qu’à d’autres serveurs dont nous n’avons pas retenu les prénoms. Mention spéciale également au chef de salle à l’entrée, très chaleureux à chaque passage. Sur la formule "All Inclusive", quelques bémols : les alcools sont très limités, essentiellement vin et bière pendant les repas. Ce serait plus agréable d’avoir une limitation raisonnable, mais avec un choix plus varié d’alcools, accessible aussi en dehors des repas. Par exemple, un système de comptabilisation des consommations via la carte de chambre serait plus adapté. De plus, l’information fournie avant le séjour ne correspondait pas à celle reçue sur place, ce qui a pu prêter à confusion (voir photo ci-dessous). Malgré ces petits points d'amélioration, nous garderons un excellent souvenir de notre séjour, surtout grâce à la gentillesse et au professionnalisme du personel.
