Good location for conference in the CCIB. Much help from the friendly front desk. This is a great experience in Barcelona. A little far from most of the tourist site but close to the sunny beach!

O quarto é muito espaçoso, moderno e muito silencioso.

Le bois dans la chambre à revoir. Le fait que les portes claquent systématiquement donc pas de tranquillité pour le dodo. Côté du personnel sans plus, j"attends toujours deouis mon arrivée la lotion pour le corps et les mains et là mon sejour est fini. Sinon hôtel convenable. Le personnel du spa top

L’hôtel est particulièrement bien situé (15min en métro du quartier gothique) !! Les chambres sont très spacieuses et le personnel très agréable. Je le recommande et j’y retournerai si je reviens à Barcelone

Disaster. Stay away. They have spent a lot of money and efforts on fancy things but some basic needs are overlooked and unmet. Room: Outside temp was 10-12 degrees as we visited in December and inside the room it was 27 degrees, we could not sleep. We had to change rooms at 4 am. The new room was 17 degrees. So basically the AC/heat system does not work. A lot of space was wasted due to poor interior design, we had the microwave/fridge in the middle of the room which made it look smaller. The lighting was very weird, either too bright or nothing. The bed kept creaking with a simple toss or turn, very uncomfortable. Bathroom: The bathroom is extremely slippery with extra smooth tiles which is a safety hazard and the shower is not covered completely which allows water to overflow in the rest of the bathroom and the soap stand is so close that it’s inconvenient and can cause injury. There is no conditioner, only shampoo(but this is across most hotels in Spain) Amenities: The amenities are good but the time restrictions are not. Gym is open 24 hours, hot tub-sauna is from 11 am to 7 pm, which is a very weird time, if you are a tourist and sightseeing during the day you probably won’t be able to use the spa and hot tub which was disappointing for me. Location: Far from airport- cost us 50 euros Not lively, but this is a known fact if you check location Good things: They provided dental kits, robe, slippers and umbrella which is nice. Staff was nice. Transit was good

Nossa estadia nao estava incluso café da manha! Porém, o quarto excelente, a cama confortável. Nada a reclamar! Os funcionários super simpaticos. A moça da limpeza super educada.

Chambre grande déco classe, le seul hic était le bruit de l’ascenseur très bruyant de la chambre donc un conseil évitez la 1106😊

The heating/AC was broken so the room was cold. It meant a cold night's non sleep. Almost all of the lights didn't work. The lights got fixed but the heating didn't, so moved to a new room. One light stayed permanently on - had to remove the card from the slot to turn it off. Shower was terrible - over the bath with a very stiff heating control, and the temperature varied widely from ok to very hot to very cold without my touching anything.

Staff member was unable to open the pool in the morning as they were ill. Nobody was sent in his place. I informed reception and they sent someone who faffed around with the door for another half an hour trying to open the door with the wrong key. In total I waited over an hour in the morning for them to open the only facility they had open (or were meant to have open). In the end the guy gave up and this wasted my time on holiday and the time of nearly 20 other hotel guests. Was livid about this and spoke to reception - person was unapologetic and I should’ve pushed further for a partial refund but didn’t have the fight in me.

Everything was above average. Check in excellent room outstanding

Easy place to stay

There is no privacy in the bathroom because there is a window between the room and bathroom and the curtain they put is not thick enough for privacy. Nobody want to be seen by his/her freind while doing his job in the toilet or having a shower naked.

Staff at the front desk were freindly and very helpful with directions to get around the city.
