Jättetrevlig personal, smidig incheckning och de var väldigt hjälpsamma. Vi bodde i juniorsviten som det stod att det skulle vara en terrass till, men det fanns ingen terrass. Sedan var duschen inte helt städad, det va massa hår där, och fläck på lakanen. Överlag var det ett fint rum

Lite utvalg på frokost. Rent og ryddig, hyggelig personale. Veldig lytt, heiser og andre gjester kan høres godt. Eller fantastisk beliggenhet!

Bra hotel med sentral beliggenhet. Enkel men meget god frokost

Vi fik en rigtig god modtagelse af en sød smilende pige. Det var stort set også det eneste personale vi så smile. Morgenmaden var under alt kritik. Meget sure tjenere, dovne, tingene var ikke klar kl 8.20, morgenmaden startede kl 8, æblejucien var gæret og muggen, ikke engang en undskyldning fik man. De kastede med tingene, mega meget larm i restauranten. Rengøringen var i sit rum da vi kom tilbage efter en 4 timers gåtur, kl var 13, hurtigt efter vi var på vores ikke rengjorte værelse, bankede hun på, så træt ud, om vi behøvede at få det ordnet, ja tak, vi betalte 3200 kr pr nat så ja tak. Hun ordnede sengen og tørrede håndvask af. Meget lyst på værelset kunne høre nabo havde det virkelig skidt med opkast og toilet besøg. Super beliggenhed men personalet var ikke venlige. Synd for et dejligt hotel

Breakfast & lunch v good, dinner a bit late ..8pm.. for me. Staff were helpful & pleasant. Room was clean, towels changed as requested. Hotel v convenient to city centre, beach etc. Bus & tram stops close to hotel.

The rooms were clean, but they didn't meet the standards described by the hotel on the Expedia website. They provided all the basics, but there were no slippers in the room, and the shower was broken. The staff wasn't very friendly; it seemed they didn't appreciate me pointing out the hotel's shortcomings, which definitely don't make it a 4-star hotel. The breakfast buffet is embarrassing; they don’t provide tongs for guests to pick up bread or other foods, so I had to use the tongs meant for the bacon or just my hands. The cheese and salami were hard, it looked like they’d been cut days ago. The croissant basket had six, and when they ran out, they didn’t restock it. Guests who arrived later for breakfast found almost nothing to eat, even though they charge for breakfast as a buffet. Expedia shouldn’t sell this hotel to its customers as a 4-star property; it doesn’t even qualify as a 1-star hotel.

Dörren till toalett och dusch gick ej att stänga, åkte upp på glänt. Dörrarna till rummen otäta och slamrade vid stängning, ljud från andra resenärer från korridoren hördes tydligt ”slamrade”. Frukosten utmärkt och personalen i receptionen 👍 mycket hög kvalitet

The Pros: very conveniently located in the heart of Alicante near the water and some of the city's famous attractions. No lack of things to do nearby or restaurants nearby and there's a stop for the bus that goes up the hill to the castle that's nearby, too. The bedding was also clean and the provided 2 pillows each. There is an on site restaurant and the validated parking for the hotel is not on the street, but not too far away if you have rolling luggage. There were black out curtains. Close to the beach and the Casino. The Cons: the toilet was wedged between a normal size vanity and the glass to the shower and even a normal size person would be pressed against the glass to the shower while going to the bathroom. The bathroom itself was a decent size, but two of its walls facing the room were frosted glass. The shower looked tired. The white walls of the room had been scuffed up and even had a sneaker mark on them (and some other unidentified substances here and there). At about 9:30/10 am on Friday morning (and perhaps every morning?) parked trucks lined the street and there was about 30 min-1 hour of truck doors slamming that would be a problem for sleeping at that time. There was no chair to sit in the room (or desk) so sitting in the room required sitting on the bed. There was theoretically a 12 Euro bottle of water provided (for 12 euros), but our room did not have one (just the sign saying that if one wants the water there it would be 12 euros).

Bra läge och trevlig personal

Good location. Hotel and breakfast are fairly basic and located in a narrow street. There is an excellent Michelin tapas restaurant close by which we visited twice. Also good situation for the Marina and airpiort bus route (Plaza del Mar). We did not visit a winery during our city break.

Centralt läge nära Strandpromenaden och båthamnen. Nära till hållplatsen för buss C-6 till flygplatsen.

An exceptional hotel in a great central location. We thought the hotel's building and internal design was really cool.. Our bedroom was spacious with a comfortable bed and a nice large shower. All the staff we interacted were really friendly & helpful.
