staff are friendly, location is not bad as it is not located in a crowded area but with convenient transportation rooms are clean and breakfast is good

Convenient location, close to bus station, market right across the street.

TV has extremely weak signal and was not able to fix. But, staff are very helpful.

Staff was nice. Room was in good condition but was very basic. Bathroom was tight and blow dryer did not work. Felt dated . Good breakfast, also basic. About a 20 minute walk to the center of town.

Room was good - but could possibly do with an update - shower great power but not accessible for anyone struggling to step into the bath . Breakfast was good - lots of options and friendly staff . Only disappointment was the bottle of sparking wine was a ‘half bottle ‘ left in the room ( empty) the whole stay - not sure why ??

Nothing to complain about Nice friendly staff, comfortable room, perhaps a little dated. Breakfast buffet had all you would ever require and more. Good location for exploring the city with easy exit to the motorway. Great parking beneath the hotel well worth the very reasonable charge.

Room spotless, staff so helpful

Verouderd hotel, wel netjes met vriendelijk personeel. Niet helemaal in het centrum, ondanks wat de naam doet vermoed. 20 à 25 minuten stappen naar het centrum. Geen variatie in het ontbijt. Nagenoeg geen leuke drankjes voor mensen die geen alcohol drinken. De wellness is dringend aan een update en uitbreiding toe. 1 jacuzzi voor heel het gebouw is veel te beperkt. De ruimte zelf was koud, ongezellig en niet leuk aangekleed. De sauna was buiten gebruik dus hebben we niet kunnen gebruiken. Het was ok maar we zouden zeker niet meer speciaal terugkomen.

Ótimo local. Não usamos café da manhã, mas muito bom no geral.

Tout est au top sauf que la chambre attribuée était contiguë à la cage d’ascenseur. Ce que le personnel ne peut ignorer. Ascenseur vétuste ou insonorisation défectueuse, la nuit a été perturbée !

Fantastic and helpful staff at a lovely hotel. It’s about 15/20 minutes out of the centre but it’s easily walkable and a safe area.

Hotel was wonderful. Located in the centre of Seville so possible to walk everywhere close by. Hotel was fully equipped except the sauna was working during our stay

Hotel is clean in general. Parking always available. Buffet food was good but coffee from a self service machine not so much. Lobby Cafeteria staff were very slow and unfriendly. Above all no one was able To give recommendations on venues or restaurants outside the hotel. Like they all were not locals, unfamiliar with even flamenco places which is emblematic. Would not go back if returning to seville

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel is in a good location for shopping and local bars/restaurants. It’s about 15 mins or so to the old town. Breakfast was great, plentiful array of food. Room was fairly basic, perhaps could do with a bit of TLC in places. Overall, we had a lovely stay.
