Staying in Sevilla Center, I feel so lucky. It is near to shopping mall, Sevilla stadium, Chatedral, Plaza de Espana, Torre del Oro, just everything! In front of hotel, I can find MAS - a grocery market where I can easily find water, snacks, and everything I need just like mini-market in Indonesia. I can also walking to tapas, coffee shops, so many of them and all are delicious.

Hotel was wonderful. Located in the centre of Seville so possible to walk everywhere close by. Hotel was fully equipped except the sauna was working during our stay

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel is in a good location for shopping and local bars/restaurants. It’s about 15 mins or so to the old town. Breakfast was great, plentiful array of food. Room was fairly basic, perhaps could do with a bit of TLC in places. Overall, we had a lovely stay.

Staff was nice. Room was in good condition but was very basic. Bathroom was tight and blow dryer did not work. Felt dated . Good breakfast, also basic. About a 20 minute walk to the center of town.

Only disappointment was the bottle of sparking wine was a ‘half bottle ‘ left in the room ( empty) the whole stay - not sure why ??

Nothing to complain about Nice friendly staff, comfortable room, perhaps a little dated. Breakfast buffet had all you would ever require and more. Good location for exploring the city with easy exit to the motorway. Great parking beneath the hotel well worth the very reasonable charge.

Above all no one was able To give recommendations on venues or restaurants outside the hotel. Like they all were not locals, unfamiliar with even flamenco places which is emblematic. Would not go back if returning to seville

Although this is lovely comfortable hotel some of the services were not on par with some of their sister hotels in the HC chain. We booked here because of the excellent services at the Cordoba Mezquita Center Hotel we recently stayed. Firstly we requested a double room and received a twin room. This is not a big problem. Secondly, the bathroom sink would not drain properly and we had not received our complimentary bottle of sparkling wine each stay as promised. So I approached reception next day who said they would rectify this and send maintenance straight away. That evening the wine arrived a very small bottle,but the sink still drained poorly with no improvement. I think I should only have to ask once. Also there was no coffee sachet provided in the room and the tea bag I used was not replaced. Other than that driving and parking to the hotel were easy and convenient. The cafe downstairs has nice food and service. Location was central and a short walking distance from tourist areas which suited us well
