Great location, deluxe rooms are big and mod with some views of lovely river, great roof top bar terrace with fine views. Down side are thin but soft enough mattresses typical of Spanish hotels and cloying air “freshener” smells that seem to dominate the lobby and cafes of Silken hotels in Leon and a bit less Burgos. Parking situation is convenient and safe and fairly priced

Hotel excelente. La cama muy cómoda y grande. Está muy bien ubicado, cerca del centro pero no tanto como para sentir agobio de gente y ruidos. Centra del museo de la evolución.

Mordern styled hotel in a goof location just a few minues walk from the main square. Underground paking availble for arounf €15. However the garage is extremely tight. Modern rooms but didn't find the bed comfortable.

Das Hotel liegt am Rande des Altstadtkerns, mit sämtlichen Sehenswürdigkeiten in wenigen Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. Der Empfang war freundlich. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im der oberen Etage mit Fenster in den Innenhof. Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß und sauber. Ebenso das Bad. Das Bett schön groß mit bequemer Matratze und Kissen. Nachts ist es Recht ruhig, so dass wir gut schlafen konnten. Das Frühstück ist guter Durchschnitt, der Platz im Frühstücksraum allerdings sehr beengt. Fazit: solides Hotel, prima für einen Aufenthalt in Burgos

Easy to get in by car. It's a few minutes walk from the historical city center. The breakfast was quite mediocre though.

Nice property. In the center and close to everything

When you book a hotel with air conditioner, you expect to sleep with air conditioner. You spend the whole day outside and just want to have a nice rest at night. It turns out that they turn off the a/c precisely at night, when you most need it. I had to wake up at midnight to go down to the lobby to report the a/c was not working. The response was that they turn it off at night and that I should open my window (meaning have all the light enter my room early and have the noise disturb us). This is not what I paid for. Had an awful night. I noticed several rooms had their windows open and you could see the people sleeping with no privacy. I do not recommend the hotel.

Great location and lovely staff

The hotel needs a renovation. The beds are hard and furniture is uncomfortable. Did not get housekeeping service. I visited the hotel 3 years ago and is not the same. I will stay elsewhere for my next visit.

Very friendly welcome by one particular individual although rest of the reception staff not particularly friendly. Room was nice but twin beds touching and not easy to move. The coffee machine was broken and rather than replace it we had to request hot drinks from reception. Overall a good hotel in a central location.

Very welcoming and friendly check-in experience. Great location and lovely room. Only criticism is that the twin beds are not separated at all and we had to completely rearrange the room ourselves to make space between the beds.
