We were happy with the first stay at the hotel and came back again after three days. Unfortunately on the first night the bathroom window suddenly fell down without anyone touching it, and we had to change rooms twice. It was OK, though the new room was not as spacious; but what really upsets me is the hotel falsely suspected us to be the ones who broke the window without clarifying with us, and the male receptionist (or hoel manager) on the moening of Feb. 10th gave us a poker face without saying any sorry even after we explained that no one ever tried to touch that window. Just because it's a "fixed" window doesn't mean it won't come off due to some force from outside like cats, and the truth is the window is simply too high for anyone to barely touch it from inside! We were very disappointed with the hotel's attitude towards this kind of emergency accident. Think twice and have your fingers crossed if you want to stay in this kind of "antique" hotel.

飯店位置離公車站牌近, 去車站機場方便, 離鬥牛場 主教堂非常近 ,附近就有一家有名的Tapas名店.

环境优美，唯一不足的是室内的卫浴开关不好调节，且容易浪费水。

除了位置還可以外，酒店的環境及衛生是不可接受，居然會有曱甴，真的不能接受。

Good location and good wifi. Old style room is nice. Some rooms need replenish. No kettle. Air conditions is weak.

如果租車千萬不要住舊城區，路邊全是居民專用車位，地下停車場一晚約18歐元，重點是停車場約在750公尺遠，單行道又多，開車去一定要先作功課，房門的鎖頭好似裝飾品沒電視，冰箱，保管箱房內無WIFI，所以一到櫃台一群人坐在中庭上網。優點是距景點超近，有附設便宜飲料販賣機（可樂是外面的半價，這個超讚的），價格便宜(59.40EUR)，建築物古色古香，櫃台人員也很客氣，問我下次要不要再住，開車的話不要，坐計程車去的話，我會再住。

Très bel hôtel bien placé. attention si vous avez un avion avant 10h, vous ne pourrez même pas prendre un café, le petit déjeuner ouvrant à 7:30 sans autre possibilité.

Es un hotel antiguo con una ubicación perfecta pues está a media cuadra de la catedral, hay varios restaurantes, tiendas y cafeterías cerca. La habitación pequeña pero limpia y cómoda . Buena calefacción

I checked out less than 30mins after check in bed bugs and the hotel didn’t even have the courtesy to reply to the messages sent, awful service, no amenities and bathroom was dirty.

Habitaciones limpias, muy buena ubicacion del hotel, desayuno bueno, ubiera preferido contar con mas variedad de frutas disponibles, pero estuvo bien. El personal de recepción y durante el desayuno fue muy amable.

The Simon Hotel, an historic building in Seville’s historic neighbourhood, had nice rooms, very clean, and even a bathtub, which I appreciated. The hotel is well maintained and the staff were courteous. It was also appreciated that they had maps of the area and also nice that we could leave our suitcase there for no charge.

Sfeervol hotel. Uitstekend gelegen, 200m van de kathedraal. Ontbijtbuffet en elke dag wordt de kamer gepoetst.

Fabulous central location about 50m from the Cathederal. The staff were all lovely and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. No need to travel into the centre of Seville because you're already there. I will be returning here on my next visit. Hightly recommended.
