We were happy with the first stay at the hotel and came back again after three days. Unfortunately on the first night the bathroom window suddenly fell down without anyone touching it, and we had to change rooms twice. It was OK, though the new room was not as spacious; but what really upsets me is the hotel falsely suspected us to be the ones who broke the window without clarifying with us, and the male receptionist (or hoel manager) on the moening of Feb. 10th gave us a poker face without saying any sorry even after we explained that no one ever tried to touch that window. Just because it's a "fixed" window doesn't mean it won't come off due to some force from outside like cats, and the truth is the window is simply too high for anyone to barely touch it from inside! We were very disappointed with the hotel's attitude towards this kind of emergency accident. Think twice and have your fingers crossed if you want to stay in this kind of "antique" hotel.

飯店位置離公車站牌近, 去車站機場方便, 離鬥牛場 主教堂非常近 ,附近就有一家有名的Tapas名店.

环境优美，唯一不足的是室内的卫浴开关不好调节，且容易浪费水。

除了位置還可以外，酒店的環境及衛生是不可接受，居然會有曱甴，真的不能接受。

Good location and good wifi. Old style room is nice. Some rooms need replenish. No kettle. Air conditions is weak.

如果租車千萬不要住舊城區，路邊全是居民專用車位，地下停車場一晚約18歐元，重點是停車場約在750公尺遠，單行道又多，開車去一定要先作功課，房門的鎖頭好似裝飾品沒電視，冰箱，保管箱房內無WIFI，所以一到櫃台一群人坐在中庭上網。優點是距景點超近，有附設便宜飲料販賣機（可樂是外面的半價，這個超讚的），價格便宜(59.40EUR)，建築物古色古香，櫃台人員也很客氣，問我下次要不要再住，開車的話不要，坐計程車去的話，我會再住。

Perfect location just a block from the cathedral with plenty of good restaurants steps away. Staying here is like immersing yourself in the past. Room was large with comfortable beds and updated, large bathroom. Breakfast is basic but fine. Staff was very pleasant and helpful.

Beautiful old Residence restored as a hotel in the heart of Seville. Very kind staff and a decent breakfast. No complaints at all.

Ein originelles spanisches Haus in einer TOP-Lage in der Altsstadt an der Kathedrale. Leider war unser Zimmer im Erdgeschoss und man kann jeden Schritt, Stimmen und sonstige Geräusche auf der Straße, wie morgens die Kehrmaschinen oder Nachts die Besucher der gegenüberliegenden Bodega hören. Der Fernseher war kaputt. Sehr nettes Personal und ein tolles Frühstück!!!!!!!

Terrible but inexpensive

What we liked: 1. The location is excellent - very central and within easy walking distance (5–10 minutes) of most major attractions in Sevilla, which made sightseeing incredibly convenient. 2. Despite being in a busy area and during the Easter processions, the room was surprisingly well soundproofed, allowing for a comfortable stay. 3. The hotel was clean and well-maintained. What could be improved: 1. We were traveling as a family (2 adults and a 5-year-old) and had already included our child in the booking and pre-paid. However, upon arrival, we were asked to pay an additional €40 per night for an extra bed for the child. This was not clearly communicated during the booking process and came as an unpleasant surprise. 2. The breakfast, while included, was quite basic. The seating area and chairs also felt worn out and could use an upgrade. 3. Due to its central location in a pedestrian-heavy area, the hotel is not easily accessible by car or Uber (expected given this is in a historic center area). Heads-up, that you will likely need to be dropped off a short distance away and walk with your luggage. Do not recommend renting a car if you plan to stay here.

Location can't be beat, staff was very nice, and breakfast was a great way to start the day. Comfortable room with a big bathroom (by historic building standards).

An amazing place that is very close to all the bigger landmarks. Everything is a 15 minute walk maximum. If you plan to stay longer, ask in advance! They tend to get filled quickly with limited rooms.

Our hotel room was so special. Very authentic and full of cultural heritage. We had rooms cleaned every day. Bed made and towels changed. The staff were very friendly and efficient. Wonderful stay. The hotel is in the middle of all the activities and attractions. Very easy to get around. Bars, cafes, sightseeing very near by if not on the doorstop. Thankyou.

Clean, historically interesting, central, helpful staff, quiet.

The location of the hotel is excellent, walkable to the cathedral and the royal alcazar. The reception is very friendly and helpful. The room has lots of space and the bathroom is newly renovated. Highly recommend.
