Yes, it’s a French hotel — but the staff were very friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. Breakfast was okay, although we’ve had better ones at other hotels in the Canary Islands, so we were expecting a bit more. Parking was never a problem, as there was always space available right in front of the hotel. Our room was brilliant: very spacious, well-equipped, and the air conditioning and fridge were a big plus. Supermarkets are within walking distance, and there’s even one located inside the hotel itself. The gym area is located downstairs in a rather unusual spot and definitely has some room for improvement, but it’s still a nice bonus to have. The location is excellent — just a short walk to the beach and Playa Blanca with plenty of restaurants and shops around. The atmosphere is calm and relaxed, with a slightly older crowd staying at the hotel. Conclusion: We would definitely consider coming back if we found a good deal.

Staff were friendly and helpful, and the facilities were all clean and in order. There's two pools, with the one closer to reception being considerably warmer than the other and being where most of the hotels activities took place. Had booked this up quite late, so really wasn't expecting much, but I'm happy to say that I was pleasantly surprised and I'd definitely book up here again.

Very spacious, a big room for 1 person, good size balcony/ terrace . 2 downsides were the bathroom window was a bit dodgy and water was coming in the room through the front door as it wasn't locked tight enough you could see daylight underneath and through the sides

Lovely room

Nice hotel. Look ls a bite tired in some area. Room was okay and well serviced but did smell a bit musty. Facilities were good; lots going on at the pool but it was exclusively being done in French and most of the staff spoke to you in French (my French is worse than my Spanish) but it was great to spend some time in Spain trying to learn French whilst eating a pizza, drinking a German beer.

Das Hotel ist in einem guten Zustand, der Pool ist sauber. Lolo war sehr nett und hilfreich - mein Zimmer war immer gut gereinigt. An der Rezeption gab es sehr nette, aber auch eine recht unfreundliche Dame. Das Hotel ist etwas abseits, aber wer gut zu Fuß ist (20 Min) kann auch eine Einkaufsstraße und Restaurants finden. Der nächste Strand ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Frühstück war okay, das Abendessen super.

Hotel was good value for money - but no way is it a 4 star hotel - 3 maybe. Room was good - despite being close to the main restaurant/entertainment venue it had good sound proofing and was not disturbed. Wifi was OK - aircon was ok - but did not extend to bedroom - room safe worked - bathroom clean and OK Breakfast was pretty poor. Given that the hotel was half the price of others in the area then it was good value for money - as a place to sleep but nothing more

Personal muy amable y atentos

Hotel très agréable, la chambre avait sa propre petite terrasse privée. La piscine est assez animée la journée et en soirée, mais les chambres sont spacieuses et bien isolées.

The hotel staff although some speak very little English are very accommodating and helpful for their guests. Additionally, the bar staff were excellent and the entertainment was good. The only reason there is a 4 star for comfort is due to cracked tiles within my room that shifted a little when stood on but apart from that it was brilliant.

Logement confortable dans un bel environnement. Accueil agréable. Des animations avec des spectacles de qualité variable et en 8 jours 2 fois le même c'est dommage.. Excellente prestation des 2 couples extérieurs venus faire une représentation (danse/équilibre/jonglerie) Restaurant beaucoup de choix. Dommage qu'il n'ouvre qu'à 7h30 le matin (à 7h cela permettrait à ceux qui prennent le vol sur Orly de Transavia d'en profiter le dernier jour). Nous avons passés un très bon séjour.

Hotel enfocado principalmente al público francés. Nada recomendable para familias con niños que no sean franceses, porque toda la animación es en francés y para franceses.

Went with another couple for a holiday, had a wonderful time. The hotel is close to a lot of restaurants, bars and beaches. The area is lively and pleasant. Bonus to the hotel was it had an adults only pool as well, so you could get away from the hustle and bustle of the kids and the entertainment if you wanted to during the day. Rooms were lovely and clean. We had a balcony too, which was really nice to sit out of an evening and have a nightcap. Breakfast was also great and had plenty of options. The staff were helpful and pleasant. Would definitely recommend this hotel and definitely go back .

C'est la quatrième fois que nous séjournons dans cet hôtel ,nous apprécions les deux piscines zen et animée, la situation a moins de 10mn de la plage et de la corniche pour une belle balade d'un coté comme de l'autre pour le shopping, l'animation du club ,la dimension du logement, un petit bémol la restauration en baisse et il me semble que la clim dans le restaurant fonctionnait avant. Malgré tout bon rapport qualité prix nous reviendrons sans doute une cinquiéme fois.
