奥古斯塔大道酒店

我入住時間是9月中，職員很有禮，我是訂了 superior room第一天到步時被安排頂層房 ，窗口對出是頂層平台，只望見半個天空，浴室當時窗門打開，當想淋浴時，看見一班人在頂層逛來逛去，如果他們從窗門望入浴室，一定看見我正在淋浴。之後跟前臺識員說想換另一樓層房，因為當天已滿，職員安排第二天到另一樓層，房間雖然有個小露臺但是對着天井位置，跟本看不見天空沒陽光，而且空間比第一天小很多。因為在巴塞 5天，想住一間舒適點的房間所以已加錢訂 Superior Room，但換來無陽光房，每天房價還要 港幣約 2千元，真不值這個價，巴塞是一個很美麗城市，我一定再來。但一定不會再入住這酒店。

飯店的床和枕頭都很不好睡 早餐很棒 服務品質很好 在露天抽菸區認識了很多新朋友

Very good location. Could be better if there are electric socket near the bed.

Overall Satisfactory. The location is perfect, very close to the metro station.The room is bigger than my expectation and very good choice for guests with big luggague. The reception is very friendly and helpful. If I have to address sth. disliked, I would say I prefer light-colored sheet... Anyway, will stay here for another visit to Barcelona and also suggest it to friends.

離開地鐵站後還要走十到十五分鐘 而且有上坡下坡 很不利於拖著行李 飯店人員表現中等 沒有特別和善 也沒有不悅 尚可接受 注意，此飯店不提供早餐 所以別去吃喔 否則一頓要價九點五歐啊

Pleasant, good location and friendly staff.

The bed, pillows and linens werent that great. The staff were friendly and helpful and their english was good. Everything was clean and the water pressure was good.

This was a decent and good value property. Well situated in Barcelona away from the crowds but easily accessible to all points via metro.

Good hotel, but too pricey for what it is. Parking is a big hassle too. Avoid if arriving by car.

Quarto confortável, extremamente limpo, equipe muito acolhedora e prestativa. O cafe da manhã era bom. O hotel fica muito bem localizado, tem metrô do lado. Mas dar p ir a pé para os principais pontos turísticos.

Absurdly convenient location! I thought my friend who used to live in the area was exaggerating when she said I'd be 3 minutes from the subway, but the subway elevator put me out just across the street from the hotel. The hotel itself was also excellent - very cozy rooms, lobby staff were very helpful if I had questions. Excellent stay!

Excelente atención, habitaciones limpias, maquina de cafe, chocolate y agua en el lobby 24 hrs sin costo alguno. Céntrico. Un mercado a unas puertas del hotel y un restaurante al lado y 2 mas al doblar del hotel.

Mucho mejor de cómo se ve en las fotos! Tienen agua purificada eso valió mucho para mi. El hotel está que parece nuevo. Las habitaciones estupendas y el staff muy amigable! Súper amigables diría. Al lado tienen un market muy rico para ir a comprar comida y tiene una estación en frente.

For a hotel in the 21st century, the lack of convenient electricity is kind of appalling. While the lack on N. American wall plugs is understandable, a comparable hotel in Rome at least had a single 120V socket for the odd appliance you might need, this had none. No fridge at all, which just seems odd and inconvenient. there were only 2 wall plugs in the entire room, 1 of which was originally taken up by a desktop lamp. Upon arrival to the room, there were no blankets of any kind available anywhere in the room, let alone on the bed, we ended up having to take pictures of the bed(s)to prove that they only had sheets on them. The AC ran nice and cold, and the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable, which took the rough edge off the stay. Overall 2.5 /5, unfortunately would not stay there again, nor would we recommend. Nice decor though.

I loved the beautiful hotel and how clean the property was. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great. The e location is so close to shopping and lots of restaurants.

Nice place to stay

Friendly staff & good location close to Passeig de Gràcia Negative is room was so small it was a challenge to open my suitcase on the floor. Worse was the small size of the deskspace. I had booked the room as a quiet place to sit down for a few hours and finally get on with boring stuff on my laptop that needed to be done but the desk, if one can call it that, was not large enough to open my laptop on and comfortably place my arms resting on it too so overall I was rather frustrated that I spent the money & was unable to do what Ai needed too. There were some tables downstairs near the coffee machine but it was less quiet there.
