Absurdly convenient location! I thought my friend who used to live in the area was exaggerating when she said I'd be 3 minutes from the subway, but the subway elevator put me out just across the street from the hotel. The hotel itself was also excellent - very cozy rooms, lobby staff were very helpful if I had questions. Excellent stay!

Excelente atención, habitaciones limpias, maquina de cafe, chocolate y agua en el lobby 24 hrs sin costo alguno. Céntrico. Un mercado a unas puertas del hotel y un restaurante al lado y 2 mas al doblar del hotel.

Mucho mejor de cómo se ve en las fotos! Tienen agua purificada eso valió mucho para mi. El hotel está que parece nuevo. Las habitaciones estupendas y el staff muy amigable! Súper amigables diría. Al lado tienen un market muy rico para ir a comprar comida y tiene una estación en frente.

For a hotel in the 21st century, the lack of convenient electricity is kind of appalling. While the lack on N. American wall plugs is understandable, a comparable hotel in Rome at least had a single 120V socket for the odd appliance you might need, this had none. No fridge at all, which just seems odd and inconvenient. there were only 2 wall plugs in the entire room, 1 of which was originally taken up by a desktop lamp. Upon arrival to the room, there were no blankets of any kind available anywhere in the room, let alone on the bed, we ended up having to take pictures of the bed(s)to prove that they only had sheets on them. The AC ran nice and cold, and the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable, which took the rough edge off the stay. Overall 2.5 /5, unfortunately would not stay there again, nor would we recommend. Nice decor though.

Friendly staff & good location close to Passeig de Gràcia Negative is room was so small it was a challenge to open my suitcase on the floor. Worse was the small size of the deskspace. I had booked the room as a quiet place to sit down for a few hours and finally get on with boring stuff on my laptop that needed to be done but the desk, if one can call it that, was not large enough to open my laptop on and comfortably place my arms resting on it too so overall I was rather frustrated that I spent the money & was unable to do what Ai needed too. There were some tables downstairs near the coffee machine but it was less quiet there.

Incredible hotel! My room was new, beautiful design and super comfortable. Very comfortable bed and the toilet was pretty big. Very well located! In the area there are very nice restaurants. The staff were super friendly! I had a lovely time there and definery will book again!

The hotel was very close to everything (Basilica St. Paul, The Musei Vaticani, foods, etc). Metro station with a little walk. Very secure because all the doors need keys to open it. Not everybody can enter easily. Very clean. The owner, Nina and Mario were very nice and accommodating, helpful. I couldn’t notify them before I arrived and checked out late, the were understanding of my situation. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Ein toller Aufenthalt! Besonders zu erwähnen, die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals. Die Metro-Station Gracia ist nur 1 Minute entfernt und für mobiles Arbeiten war das Hotel auch perfekt geeignet: stabiles WLAN, ruhige Atmosphäre und Kaffee und Tee waren den ganzen Tag verfügbar.

Hotel was good. Some renovations were done. We had an old room, which i knew but it was smaller than i thought. On the good side, our breakfast was included and it was amazing (full buffet)!! The AC was only in spanish and hard to figure out but we managed. Also, in the description it says laundry. Thats false, they have laundry service ($$) and only on week days so it didn’t worked for the days we were there. That should be advertised as such. But all together, good hotel, great location (2 metro/train stations next to hotel), lovely neighborhood with grocery stores and boutiques and restaurants. I would recommend and go back.

When we arrived in our double standard room we noticed that there were no windows facing the exterior. We went down to the front desk and talked with Alex who was able to accommodate our request for a room with exterior facing windows. Once settled in the new room the rest of our stay was great. Our experience with the front desk staff was pleasant with the exception of one of the staff who was a bit dismissive and short with us. All the other staff were very helpful and went out of their way to make our stay as nice as possible. We even had one of them pack us a grab and go breakfast kit for our early morning flight as we were departing before the breakfast area opened up. The area is situated near metros and is very walkable to a lot of different attractions. We would come back and would recommend this hotel to others.

Ein toller Aufenthalt! Besonders zu erwähnen, die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals. Die Metro-Station Gracia ist nur 1 Minute entfernt und für mobiles Arbeiten war das Hotel auch perfekt geeignet: stabiles WLAN, ruhige Atmosphäre und Kaffee und Tee waren den ganzen Tag verfügbar.

We stayed at via Augusta for 5 days, the staff was very helpful with suggestions for dining and transportation- very walkable to different sites. We did not have breakfast there but it did look good

Hotel was good. Some renovations were done. We had an old room, which i knew but it was smaller than i thought. On the good side, our breakfast was included and it was amazing (full buffet)!! The AC was only in spanish and hard to figure out but we managed. Also, in the description it says laundry. Thats false, they have laundry service ($$) and only on week days so it didn’t worked for the days we were there. That should be advertised as such. But all together, good hotel, great location (2 metro/train stations next to hotel), lovely neighborhood with grocery stores and boutiques and restaurants. I would recommend and go back.

When we arrived in our double standard room we noticed that there were no windows facing the exterior. We went down to the front desk and talked with Alex who was able to accommodate our request for a room with exterior facing windows. Once settled in the new room the rest of our stay was great. Our experience with the front desk staff was pleasant with the exception of one of the staff who was a bit dismissive and short with us. All the other staff were very helpful and went out of their way to make our stay as nice as possible. We even had one of them pack us a grab and go breakfast kit for our early morning flight as we were departing before the breakfast area opened up. The area is situated near metros and is very walkable to a lot of different attractions. We would come back and would recommend this hotel to others.
