Excelente lugar, accesible

It was our first time in Madrid and this property is conveniently located to all the main sights in Madrid. Everything is walkable and there are so many restaurant options. We got a lower level unit close to the street, and it wasn’t all that quiet at night. Ear plugs are a must. We also like to keep the room cool and the AC wasn’t working - just the heater. I would however stay here again because of the location.

Es de entender que como no hay personal que atienda directamente a los huéspedes ya que todo es virtual, creo que es necesario que exista un conserje para pequeñas necesidades, estuvimos 5 noches y no se presta servicio de limpieza de la habitación, de resto la habitación fue muy espaciosa y agradable.

Great place for comfort and flexibility of your stay. Very spacious and modern decor. However, it was very noisy overnight which disturbed our sleep. Ear plugs were provided but not effective. The AC units were difficult to use to heat up the room if you are planning to go in the colder weather.

El baño olía a caño muy fuerte y era complicado estar más de un minuto ahí, tuvimos que tapar el lavábamos y usar la cocina para bajar un poco el olor pero aún así hay un problema urgente a arreglar. El ruido de afuera es muy alto tanto que te regalan tapones para oídos, hay mucha construcción, fiesta campanadas autos etc. Las escaleras para el segundo piso están muy peligrosas, la tele no se pudo conectar al network entonces no se puede ver Netflix. El lugar es impráctico e incómodo. Lo único que valió la pena fue el location, muy céntrico. Práctico check in y tener elevador.

El lugar es súper seguro y tiene su encanto reflejando la arquitectura de su siglo. El balcón está muy bonito. A solo unos minutos caminando del palacio y gran vía - muy céntrico

We enjoyed our staff

Property is centrally located and near train stations. Is also close to plaza mayor and many other attractions. The contactless check in /check out was great. They send you a link and after filling out the info they give you a code to get in to the building and room . I did not see any onsite staff. They need to invest a little more in a better sofa bed or add more padding cause you can feel every single spring. I slept there one night with my husband , and it was very uncomfortable, and even my 12 y/o daughter complained. Also, the bathroom was not the cleanest, the curtains from the balcony looked disgusting as well as the walls. I don't mind the noise and I can sleep anywhere, but be mindful that the you can hear everything from outside till very late.

The room was okay. In the shower, I only had one "soap" instead of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Oh, and it was empty! So we had to somehow use what was available next to the bathroom sink. And if you are a light sleeper or looking for quietness, this is not your spot. Even with the windows closed and the metal window covered down, you still hear people walking the street having conversations at all-night hours, and the garbage truck did its nightly pick-up around 1 am. No wonder the room came with earplugs. I wish we had known this before the RSVP.

Location was great right off grab via and list of dining options however the street is noisy at night as windows are not sound proof. It was fine as we only stayed there one night but it was clean and easy to access.

Las ubicación es excelente la mejor de las que he ido a Madrid centro ya que estás cerca de todo y la calle es bastante tranquila , la habitación con escalera es súper incómoda e imposible para personas adultas. La cocina es súper incómoda Falta mantener las paredes pintadas. El sistema de entrada hall está muy bien

Convenient place, easy access, short walk from Gran Via which is pretty nice, lot of restaurants, bars nearby

Worst place we have ever stayed. The bathroom wasn't clean. Mold on tile grout. Toilet is uncomfortable. It was very complicated process before we can check in. But those are not the worst. The worst part is we order for a day parking which was 28 euro but they charge 2 days. But we still accept that as we stayed for 2 days. But they gave me the wrong instructions where parking is. The link they sent guided us to a different place with same descriptions like parking name, plaza name but actually it is not. I had to pay extra $33 for over night parking. Contacted to the guy and he blames on us didn't know the parking location. I am not sure if anyone has same issues but we had to left the place earlier then we planned. Terrible customer services

Great location, but poor maintenance of the property. Could have been better cleaned.

Overall room was clear but this place and this room especially requires renovation, old sofa old curtains with plenty of dust that you can feel in the air, dirty walls. If you stay there for a weekend it is a nightmare, due to the fact that 2 night clubs are situated same building. Loud music playing, people having fun till 5 a.m. making your stay impossible, unless you party too. Not a recommended place for family stay. It is not worth paying this price.
