The hotel has the best location. Every important sightseeing places plaza mayor, and restaurants/cafeterias such as San Gines /San Miguel Market is within walking distance. But surprisely this hotel is very quiet. The room view is excellent. The hotel has only virtual reception. Every questions are answered via WhatsApp!. It is surprisely efficient.

Staff of this boutique hotel are friendly and helpful. The hotel is at a convenient location for shopping, food and wines as well as tourist attractions and the metro.

酒店周邊十分多餐廳，只是步行10分鐘左右就可以到達太陽廣場。房間十分舒適，整潔，但如果要用房間內的㕑房跟㕑具要額外給錢，這點我感覺不太好。

La ubicación es perfecta pero hay mucho ruido de gente por la noche debido a un local que hay justo debajo.

Llegamos y en la habitación había unos calcetines olvidados que no los vio el personal de limpieza lo que me hizo dudar de su aseo. Está muy bien ubicado, zona turística lo único es que por lo mismo hay mucho ruido en la noche, usa los tapones de oídos que te dan en la habitación

No reception, noise from street, we requested blanket and the person in charge said we do not have extra. Imagine you go with two kids. AC also was not auto and it was getting very hot around early morning and had to wake up and turn it off. The location was good but overall I will not go there again.

Everything was great, except the fact that whoever walks on the halways will wake up everyone. Same as the open area on all floors....If someone has a conversation in the lobby, everyone will hear it.

Metrolla oli helppoa tulla. Huone oli siisti ja tilava. Vuode oli kova ja tyyny epämukava. Peite oli liian paksu siihen tilanteeseen. Nukuimme lopulta pelkkä lakana peittonamme. Pieni keittiö oli kuva, vaikka koivin paljon emme sitä käyttäneet. Suihku oli hyvä - lämmintä vettäkin tuli. mikä on Espanjassa harvinaista. Löysimme lähitienoolta kaiken mitä halusimme ja tarvitsimme!

Very loud outside. You can hear all the noises coming from the street because of thin balcony doors. Quite cold room, if you heat using the AC all warm air goes up of course and downstairs is still cold (February). Also the breakfast is not so reach. There are no warm dishes likes eggs or sausages . In the kitchen no even a knife. Poor amenities

The location is great but amenities super basic and kitchen stuffed in super minimalist way..for the price of the hotel I think not a good value

Room 101 was in good condition but the mezzanine level has a very low ceiling in the shower area - not suitable for tall people and proximity to the front door made it noisy at night. It’s a shame because apart from that it was clean, well equipped and a good place to be close to attractions.
