The hotel has the best location. Every important sightseeing places plaza mayor, and restaurants/cafeterias such as San Gines /San Miguel Market is within walking distance. But surprisely this hotel is very quiet. The room view is excellent. The hotel has only virtual reception. Every questions are answered via WhatsApp!. It is surprisely efficient.

Staff of this boutique hotel are friendly and helpful. The hotel is at a convenient location for shopping, food and wines as well as tourist attractions and the metro.

酒店周邊十分多餐廳，只是步行10分鐘左右就可以到達太陽廣場。房間十分舒適，整潔，但如果要用房間內的㕑房跟㕑具要額外給錢，這點我感覺不太好。

Positiv: Beste Lage, Zimmer sehr schön groß, alles sauber. Das Frühstück ist ganz ok, das WLAN funktioniert einwandfrei. Negativ: Nachts ist es sehr laut; gegen 1 Uhr kommen mindestens drei Müllwagen im 10-Minuten-Takt. Die Zimmer werden nur gegen Aufpreis (ca. 30 €) gereinigt 👎👎👎. Die Mülleimer werden nicht geleert, man bekommt weder neues Toilettenpapier noch frische Handtücher. Gerade bei einem längeren Aufenthalt ist das besonders schlecht, da es auch keine Putzutensilien für das Bad gibt, sodass man dieses nicht einmal selbst reinigen kann. Man bekommt das Personal kaum zu Gesicht – nur beim Frühstück.

Shame on you!!! - This property is listed as a HOTEL, when un fact is a “air B & B” …”Apartment style”..I was very comfortable in the property. Nice, clean, …… Centrally located …. BUT tell me the truth: It is not a hotel!!!

The Libere Madrid Palacio Real is in a fantastic location. Sometimes it is hard to tell on a map of an unfamiliar city but it really is within blocks of all the attractions and public transportation. The room is very simply furnished primarily with IKEA style furnishings. The bed was comfortable. The room had a small kitchen that had a refrigerator, microwave, and minimal supplies such as Nespresso coffee supplies. I bought some creamer for my morning coffee. We slept with the window open which had this unfortunate result: people are up all hours in this area so there was constant voices and some music until the early morning hours. I slept fine only because I had jet lag from arriving that morning in Madrid. I never saw or met any staff. This is a very self service hotel. There are large lockers in the lobby to store your bags. A large suitcase will fit. Lastly, I did find a hair in the shower when we first arrived but otherwise the room was very clean. I would definitely stay there again.

Logement très bien positionné à proximité de Gran Via (facile d’accès, arrivée et départ en toute autonomie). Boules quies offertes à l’arrivée impératives > logement mal isolé, au pied d’une boîte de nuit!

-This hotel is centrally located and could walk to many of the sites. Plenty of outdoor and indoor restaurants and in a good shopping area. -The room was large, bathroom was a little small but adequate, and we really didn’t use the kitchen, but it was nice to have access to a refrigerator. -Communication was great. -the only negative is that he bed was vey squeaky…good thing we are an old married couple and not newlyweds!

Walkable to a lot of places

It was okay. Average. Ran out of hot water. Room had a log cabin feel with low sloping ceilings. Not comfortable beds. But prompt and easy check in. Will not stay here again.

The apartment is small. The shower is really small and uncomfortable to shower. They have a kitchen but we didn't use it. We prefer go to eat. We enjoyed having a breakfast. For 3 days the place is great. For longest staying I will find different places. The TV never connected, but we didn't care.

A few operations hiccups and team responded expeditiously. Location is perfect we never once took a train. All sites within walking distance and shopping. Great restaurants nearby. Try Cuban restaurant La Negra Tomasa where locals frequent, they have live Cuban music.there are many prefix lunch menu options within walking distance of hotel. I recommend highly!

Best part about the hotel is its location. Walkable to multiple popular plazas and tourist attractions. Check in was smooth. There is no reception desk so everything has to be done via the mobile app but it worked fine for us. What we didnt like so much is that our second floor room was very noisy all night with people and vehicles on the street. The hotel gives you free earbuds upon arrival which means others notice it too. There is not much of a view from the window or balcony either. For the price, I expected a better looking hotel building from the outside.
