Es demasiado cómodo y práctico, tiene varias paradas de camión a su alrededor y eso facilita moverte a cualquier lado, luego tiene enfrente la ciudad del arte y las ciencias que también es un plus, tiene un parque enorme y hermoso en el cual está muy bien si te gusta ir a hacer ejercicio en la mañana o simplemente a pasar un rato agradable, el desayuno delicioso y muy amable la gente del servicio

I like the hotel for its location which is right cross the street of famous arts and science city of Valencia. It is clean, safe with attractive price. Staff are friendly and the rear court yard has nice garden. Everything is good except the room is pretty small.
I will definitely stay here next time since this is new area of Valencia which in my opinion better than old town where you see so many beggars and trash, especially the north train station area.

This place is only 1-min walk away from the famous City of Arts and Science, which is very convenience. If you are driving, the elevator can directly access from the parking floor to the room floor which is handy for check in. They renovate the rooms in the modern trendy style. The elevator and the corridors are still in the old renovation.

Check-in was nice and easy. Had a butterfly come out of the air vent at night which was not nice. AC was not working properly either. Otherwise, the room was good. Location was great, just one street away from the City of Arts and Sciences which was very convenient. Turia park can lead you to Old Town.
Excellent pastry shop around the corner for breakfast option (La Pequena Pasteleria de Mama Valencia) and dining options around.
