Staffs are ok and breakfast is great, but the most problematic issue is shower head was broken and hot water is inconsistency in pressure.

I like the hotel for its location which is right cross the street of famous arts and science city of Valencia. It is clean, safe with attractive price. Staff are friendly and the rear court yard has nice garden. Everything is good except the room is pretty small. I will definitely stay here next time since this is new area of Valencia which in my opinion better than old town where you see so many beggars and trash, especially the north train station area.

This place is only 1-min walk away from the famous City of Arts and Science, which is very convenience. If you are driving, the elevator can directly access from the parking floor to the room floor which is handy for check in. They renovate the rooms in the modern trendy style. The elevator and the corridors are still in the old renovation.

This hotel was chosen to be dog friendly. The room had what was required - bed, shower, towels. but also lacked the coffee making facilities. And utensils for a dog, such as water bowl. Staff were friendly. The 'spa' area was ok, sauna was hot - but not allowed to throw water onto the kuaus. Also couldn¡t find the changing rooms.

Good hotel, did not have a room with king bed; only double beds.

Posizione eccezionale per chi va a Les Arts; bella struttura, reception gentile ed efficiente, camera ampia con ottimo letto e bagno funzionale. Colazione a buffet varia e molto buona.Ci sono tornato dopo qualche anno e hanno confermato il mio giudizio assai positivo.

Simple but ok

O hotel é bom, fica bem localizado, mas o time da recepção e cafeteria são bem rudes e eu não entendi o motivo. O Greenstay deles não funciona (trocar limpeza do quarto por um drink). Fiquei hospedado 12 dias. Domingo, 08:55, com o Greenstay na porta, bateram perguntando se eu queria limpeza. Vou repetir: Domingo, 08:55, com o Greenstay na porta. O telefone não funcionava. Para pedir comida ou toalhas, precisei descer de elevador. Eu estava no 11 andar. Novamente, o hotel é bom, localização excelente, perto de mercado, farmácia e do aquário e museu de ciências, mas a equipe poderia ser mais gentil e entender nossas necessidades como hóspedes. Em 12 noites de Greenstay, limpei o quarto uma vez e recebi apenas 5 cupons para drink. Troquei apenas 2 vezes porque toda vez que eu ia trocar o rapaz da cafeteria fazia cara feia. Sei lá, tinha tudo para ser um excelente hotel, mas a equipe deixa a desejar.

El personal fue casi todos amables excepto el día que nos íbamos en recepción estaba una persona no muy amigable pero la mayoría del staff súper bien y serviciales Los cuartos son pequeños y huelen un poco como a humedad pero están s súper cerca de la ciudad de las artes

Good area & close to all areas

The rooms were basic and could do with some TLC. All furniture was chipped/peeling, fairly dusty, wallpaper peeling in places. Some marks and yellowing of linens. The bathroom was marginally better. Have stayed in better NH hotels for the same price but location is king. This was not brought up at the hotel as the reception staff were not interested in customer service. Check in was extremely slow even as the only arriving guests at the time, often stood talking to each other while guests waited, didn’t give relevant information (e.g. where breakfast was or what time). Breakfast was good, plentiful choices and constantly refreshed as things ran low. The 3* is pretty much for location and for the bar/breakfast staff. These staff members were brilliant, friendly, and helpful. They should be on reception as the only people interested in being in a customer-facing role. The breakfast staff deserve to be praised and acknowledged by the hotel as their saving grace.

O quarto era bom mas a cama pessima. A camareira deixou a cama numa altura que para subir quase precisei de escada e ficava rangindo o tempo todo e o colchao pessimo. Cheguei a ligar na recepçao reclamando eo o senhor que fica a noite me disse que era assim mesmo, um absurdo, pois no dia seguinte fui ate a recepçao reclamar o atendente foi extremamente gentil e me levou em outros quartos e constatamos que houve uma falha no meu quarto, nao obstante os colchoes que eu tenha visto nao mudassem nada, mas sim a altura da cama.Acabei nao conseguindo dormir e a minha experinecia nao foi boa. O cafe da manha foi bom mas recomendo que o omelete seja melhorado pois estava com mt agua dentro. De restante so a vaga do estacionamento que foi um caso a parte porque sao mt apertada, bem como o acesso a garagem e senao tiver mt pratica vai ralar o veiculo. De tudo o que vivencie o atendimento da recepçao de manha foi excelente, creio que o rapaz se chama Cesar.

Very close to arts centre

Clean room but very small, A/C not working properly. Good restaurants close by, city of the arts half a block away - no complains !
