Novotel Barcelona City

Mostly we took 5 to 10 minuets to get into the elevator simply because too many guests waiting for. The breakfast is excellent because many varieties for selection.

Hotel is hectic, lots of people busting and bustling at all times. The buffet breakfast was pretty good, but coffee makers were often not working and hot food was under cooked or raw - staff just could not keep up with the volume of demand. Location is in a nice neighborhood with restaurants and shopping. Front desk gave us a suggestion for an authentic Spanish dinner and it was EXCELLENT. It’s close to the Sagrada and a short cab to the beach, but not very central for other attractions.

You need a WC-Brush. Card hasn‘t worked Baby timed and that was Bad Because of the elivator. Because You can only use the elivator with the Card. All in all Everything was good we enjoyed very much

Hotelli sijaitsee hyvällä paikalla design-museon ja kauppakeskuksen vieressä. Myös Forum on kävelymatkan päässä. Aamupala oli hyvä ja ravintola ok. Avainkortit jouduttiin lataamaan uudestaan 3! kertaa, emmekä olleet ainoita.

The most unfriendly staff at the front door. Beds that consisted of only a fitted and flat sheet. Had to call down to ask for a blanket (you would think that’s a basic bed item). Weird bath shower combo tub making it difficult to get in and out of. The building itself is so poorly indicated the taxi driver could barely find it. And so difficult to get taxis to pick you up from it as well. The stupid elevators and the requirement to scan your key card which never worked. And then the lights also wouldn’t stay on despite the card being in. What a terrible representation of this chain. Like get your act together.

Process was confusing

Great place honest people, i left all my money in my room, they found it and called me it was 2000 euros. They were great people and the hotels novotel are all great worldwide.

Expensive but worth it. Breakfast buffet was 6.5/10 but a great bargain and very international cuisine

The air conditioning in our room never did work, for three days.
