We had a poor experience and multiple issues with our room and were informed by reception, "sorry, this is the standard".... 1) I accept not all rooms have a sea view, but ours was looking into a cliff face with virtually no natural light entering the room... For 230 euros! The room felt like a utility closet that had been repurposed. Unacceptable. 2) The room had a mouldy, putrid smelling AstroTurf 'terrace' that faced said cliff. See attached photos of the florid mould. 3) The WiFi in the room was broken / could not even load a WhatsApp message. If this is the 'standard' that Occidental hotels holds themself to then they should reclassify this as a 2-3* hotel. I have stayed in cleaner, better 3* hotels for 1/3rd of the price. We would certainly not recommend anyone stays here or mistakes it for a luxury experience. It is a box-ticking "4*" hotel which on closer inspection does not live up to this grade.

Not to book this hotel on hotels, costs much more than the official website and you get a room not so good.

The rooms were very clean and tidy, the staff were very helpful, even though some of them didnt speak great english. The pool area was kept nice and tidy. Food was nice too with a big variety.

Wir haben eine Woche mit All Inclusive im Hotel verbracht. Wir hatten eine geräumige und komfortable Junior Suite, in der wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Das Personal in wirklich allen Bereichen war unglaublich zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Die Mahlzeiten waren abwechslungsreich und sehr lecker. Für jeden war etwas dabei. Besonders hervorheben muss man die Dachterrasse, von der man einen fantastischen Blick hat und den Sonnenuntergang genießen kann. Auch die Gegend rund um das Hotel war landschaftlich wunderschön und bei weitem nicht so überlaufen und rummelig wie im Süden der Insel. Ausflugsmöglichkeiten gibt re reichlich, ein Mietwagen ist allerdings sehr zu empfehlen, damit man flexibel ist. Geräumige Parkplätze in der Tiefgarage (10€, empfehlenswert) sind reichlich vorhanden. Sparfüchse parken an der Straße, wobei man dort teilweise recht weit laufen muss, wenn beim Hotel nichts frei ist. Für uns war es ein rundum gelungener Urlaub.

Die Zimmer sind alle fast gleich, komfortable, sauber und fast makellos. Personal immer bemüht und fleißig. Das war das zweite mal und wie werden wieder kommen.

Alles bestens! Sehr freundliches Personal, schönes, geräumiges Zimmer, entsprechend der Buchung mit Meerblick (etwas eingeschränkt), bequeme Betten, sauberes Bad, leider kein deutsches Fernsehprogramm (eins wäre schon gut gewesen). Sehr gutes Frühstück mit guter Kaffeeauswahl. Es war alles da, sogar mehr als man essen wollte. Abendessen (zu spät) ebenfalls hervorragende Auswahl und übermäßiges Angebot. Qualitativ hochqertig. Immer freundliches, bemühtes Servicepersonal. Schöner Pool, beheizt. Dieses Hotel ist eine Reise wert. Die Lage auf der Klippe einzigartig ☝️Tolle Sicht nach Teneriffa bei guter Sicht. Dieses Hotel ist sehr empfehlenswert. Grüße 😈

Great quiet holiday, not a lot around the hotel and parking is scarce but the hotel provides everything and it was an amazing holiday

Great place, food and drink was well above what we expected. Staff were good too. Location is quiet, which we wanted. Sunsets were stunning, rooftop bar and seating was a treat..

Herrliche Lage, trotz der Größe angenehm ruhig, freundliches Personal, geräumige Zimmer mit tollem Meerblick und wunderbarer Ausgangspunkt für diverse Wanderungen in der spektakulären Umgebung!

I couldn’t, in good conscience, recommend this hotel to anyone. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left it felt like by staying there we were an inconvenience to the staff.

Large rooms, but poorly equipped. No table or regular chairs. No drawers. The hanging chair was a joke. No free parking at the hotel. But the number one problem is the slippery floors. When it rains the hallways get wet. They have marble floors that get more slippery than ice when wet. I fell once when walking normally in regular shoes. It still hurts. The hotel refused to provide any compensation, although they are clearly responsible. The hotel design should either have covered hallways or the floors should have a non-slip surface. They just put up warning signs which were not removed when it was dry, so you stop paying attention.
