The reception staff upon our arrival and throughout our stay were really excellent. When we arrived at 8.30am to drop our car off in the hotek car park for a later check-in, we were told our room was ready and we couldcm access it straight away. Truly excellent. The room was great and the bed super comfy. Best nights sleep in ages
The breakfast was varied and delicious especially with eggs cooked to order. Best location for walking to the gibraltar passport control. Best option for visiting gibraltar. 100% recommend

Das Beste ist die Lage fußläufig nach Gibraltar.
Das Zimmer war in Ordnung für eine Übernachtung; die Einrichtung nicht besonders ansprechend, aber ausreichend mit allem was man brauchte. Auf dem Balkon mit Blick Richtung La Linea de Conception war es nicht sehr gemütlich - hellweißes Licht oben von der Decke und Straßenlärm (mit geschlossener Tür war es ruhig genug zum Schlafen).
Ein Kritikpunkt ist die Hellhörigkeit im Zimmer: die Wasserrohre sind wohl so schlecht isoliert, dass die Toilettenspülung von anderen Zimmern mit lautem Gluckern und Rauschen zu hören war.
Parken konnten wir für 12 Euro in der Hotelgarage.
Das Frühstück war auch in Ordnung mit ausreichender Auswahl.

Very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful.
The bed was very hard and pillows very flat. We had a mosquito or two in the room. The AC although on, did not cool the room. Would not recommend.

Disappointing breakfast. Big selection but low quality.
Rooms were clean but bed a bit uncomfortable for my liking.

The breakfast was very good, and worth the adder. Parking was easy. A 10 minute walk to the Gibraltar border entry, and 2 minutes from a very good restaurant overlooking the marina.
