Bed was very comfortable. Cleanliness of bathroom was acceptable. The Rock of Gibraltar can be viewed from the room, rooms of upper floors can have a better view of it. It is a good hotel to stay if you want to go to Gibraltar.

Rooms were great, we were able to check-in on time and there was onsite parking. Approximately a 30 min walk to Gibraltar and no hassle crossing the border either way.be mindful there is not much open early in the morning so if you are planning an early departure, you may need to drive for a while even before you find a coffee.

Personalen var inte bra. Hotellet slitet inga faciliteter. Ser mycket bra på bilder men i verkligheten inte bra .

Always a comfortable and adequate hotel, breakfast good choice and reasonable, ability to order freshly cooked omelettes/pancakes etc and proper FRESH orange juice instead of squash, absolutely gorgeous. Very short walk to old La Linea, 10 minutes to Gibraltar & airport (and I am very slow!) Bar/drink prices very reasonable if you just need to chill and stay in.

Easy to access

Väldigt lyhört! Tyvärr hamnade vi på samma våningsplan som en skolklass tonåringar (enligt uppgift från receptionen) som ville ha högljutt kul och vi väcktes på natten av spring i korridoren, knackande på dörren bl.a. Vi påtalade det direkt dagen efter; respons: "så synd". Hotelledningen menade dessutom att vi ljög(!), helt otroligt. Aldrig mer Ohtels-kedjan! Hotellet verkade vara långt ifrån fullbelagt så att placera unga gäster som vill ha kul (vilket vi mycket väl förstår att de vill) intill äldre gäster som söker lugn och ro är väldigt dåligt planerat av hotellet. Hotellet är lite slitet men rummet var välstädat och helt OK, väldigt trevligt med balkong. Läget är bra med gångavstånd till gränsen till Gibraltar. Frukosten OK, men inget "att skriva hem om". Personalen vänlig (förutom ledningen). Vill man ha lugn och ro, och vara utvilad för fortsatt resa, är detta hotell INTE att rekommendera.

Hotel with a good breakfast and ample parking. It is located directly in front of the marina, and we enjoyed a nice view of the sea and the Rock of Gibraltar. The location is very convenient, especially if you plan to visit Gibraltar, as it is within walking distance. However, the room was quite dated, as is the hotel overall. It does not feel like a four-star property, and the price is high considering what is offered. There are likely better options available in the area for the same budget.

Great stay

Accueil très moyen Chambre spacieuse Ambiance générale froide , grand couloir sans décor , de plus le coin accueil en retrait par rapport à l'entrée et passage pour aller aux chambres donc pas de contact pour simplement un bonjour , un sourire, même quand j'essayais de décrocher un contact , un regard au passage , soit il 'n'y avait personne ,soit il /elle gardait les yeux rivés sur l'ordi . De plus je n'ai pas compris pourquoi un homme à l'accueil m'a demandé de sortir la facture d'hotels.com sur mon smartphone alors que la femme avait déjà fini le check in.Je lui ai montré mais ça ne lui suffisait pas il a pris une photo de mon smartphone .Il n'a pas voulu me dire pourquoi. Bref , personnels froids. Très bruyant couloir/ murs voisins et route. Wifi qui coupe souvent.

Breakfast outstanding, staff amazing

Atendimento simpático. Tudo muito fácil. Quarto grande e confortável.

Car parking increased 100% from previous years, bathroom door was rubbing on floor, bed unconfortable. + points it’s close to Gibraltar.

First few days were excellent. Stayed an extra night as flight cancelled but that room was not as good. Electrics not really up to standard and safe not working.

Everything was fine, just like the last 13 occasions I've stayed here.
