坎波及布拉塔酒店

傢俱很陳舊，四張椅和一張大梳化都是絨布面的，看來有麈有蹟，全都不敢坐。梳化床很單薄又窄，郁動不安全。安床竟然不鋪被，三人房得兩份用品，都反映員工質素問題。

La cercanía que tiene a Gibraltar y su limpiéza es lo que más me ha gustado, lo que menos que solo tiene dos ascensores para todos y le falta más mantenimiento al hotel

After always attending this hotel I have had some bad times, but this time was brilliant. The staff were attentive, very helpful. The man at breakfast and dinner clearing the tables always made my little one smile and greeted him! The room was more up to date this time, and the view was outstanding! The pool was beautiful as always. Food was good, could be a little more selection but for the price! Was amazing. Perfecta !!

Önskar gym på hotellet, poolen va inte fylld med vatten större delen av vårt besök vilket blev en besvikelse, frukosten var god och rätt bra sortiment! Rummet va rent o snyggt, städades varje dag.Sängen va lite väl hård för vår smak. Men överlag hade vi en väldigt bra vistelse!

Good location. Great staff. We liked the hotel.

La ubicación es muy buena, frente al puerto deportivo, a un paseo de Gibraltar y a 10 minutos del centro. Tiene parking a un precio de 15 euros al día lo cual es muy conveniente. Por lo demás solo puedo quejarme de las almohadas que eran muy bajas y si ponías 2 eran demasiado altas. También del agua, solo un par de botellas pequeñas el día de la llegada. Debería ser un servício incluido en la habitación.

Something is strange about this hotel. Some elements are high-end, like the beds, while others are completely amateurish: 1. The elevator was broken and we used the stairs. 2. Our room doors would not lock and could be opened without keys just by turning the handle even when we applied the deadbolt from inside - we had to wait quite a long time in our rooms for a maintenance guy to come fix them. 3. The desk lamp in our room was missing a bulb and the bathroom light flickered on and off (luckily we could shut the bathroom door to sleep). 4. Hallways smelled like drywall and paint and had many unhung doors leaning up against walls. Maybe we caught the hotel at an awkward moment during renovations, though I didn’t see any workers around. It certainly has the potential to be a 4-star hotel, if they can work out the many quirks.

I don’t leave reviews, unless it warrants. My experience here started out poorly with a 30 minute wait to check in. They had several youth futball teams checking in ahead of us upon entering the room. There were no pillowcases on the pillows and when I tried to reach the front desk by phone, there was no answer. I went down to the lobby reception and asked for the pillowcases and he said they would send them up. After an hour I went back down to ask for them again and housekeeping did bring the pillowcases. The shower does not keep the water inside as the shower door does not extend enough and the floor gets soaked. I woke up at 5 AM to use the restroom and luckily, I had my slides on to stomp on a huge cockroach scurrying on the floor. There was music provided by the hotel at the pool outside our balcony until after midnight, which was very disruptive and extremely loud. Overall, the staff did not seem interested in customer service and my overall experience there one night was very disappointing.

Ontbijt was het enige wat een beetje oke was. Kamers zijn oud, aircos doen het nog nét. Ligging van het hotel is prima. Het avond eten is triest..

The hotel was very clean, the restaurant and cafe were excellent. The options at breakfast catered for all. The staff were fantastic, very friendly and helpful. Loved staying here.

Prisvärt. Fin frukost, bra läge och rum med utsikt över Gibraltarklippan och hav. Inget gym. Nöjd med vistelsen och kommer gärna igen.
