Clean well appointed apts friendly staff

The air conditioning is a bit loud and made a screeching noise in the middle of the night lasting about 10 seconds, it did this a few times so I just turned it off and the room was a bit cold bit that was preferable. Noise after flushing toilet could be heard in ceiling. Great location, friendly staff, small and a bit old but clean

La cocina no sirve, no hay si quiera sal, el anuncio dice que hay estacionamiento pero no es verdad, no es realmente un hotel pero un estilo de Airbnb. No hay reception y no hay indicaciones de como recibir las llaves....

Scandaleux!!! Nuitée PAYÉE et non accès à l'appart-hôtel!! Une honte car NON REMBOURSÉ !

Séjour parfait

El apartamento de dos habitaciones es bastante amplio, la cocina está muy bien equipada con todos los utensilios. El personal de la recepción es muy amable. Hay un problema con el agua caliente. El calentador es de gas, hay veces no se arranca (el apartamento 1104)

Arrived early due to flight at 10am, hotel wanted 30 euros for early check in at 12. However decided against it and they had storage for cases. Visited pool, however life guard very abrupt and rude, as some of our family had trainers on and we weren't made aware of rules, we had a carrier bag attached to one of our bags which contained a football, we were shouted at not use ball, although we hadn't even taken it out of the bag and we were ordered to shower before entering, which i agree with but it's not what you say, it's how you say it. The pool area was lovely, and well maintained, only issue is the slide closes between 2-5 which I would say is the busiest time for the pool. The hotel room was clean, and cleaners came twice during our week there, we had all the facilities we needed including a washing machine and iron, however we didn't use those. The apartments are close to shops, restaurants and bars and is in the residential part of Salou, which we preferred, however it is only a half an hour walk to the strip along the beautiful beach front. The staff at the reception were friendly and helpful, they arranged our taxi for our transfer to airport. I would stay here again with my family.

This hotel was a great surprise, it’s so hard when you read mixed reviews but I’m so pleased I went with this hotel. The receptionist was great, helped with all our queries and check in was super easy. The rooms were clean, well presented and a very comfortable double bed There was a lovely pool, fantastic for families and open till 21:30! A quiet location but with lots of cafes, restaurants and easy walking distance to the beachfront I have nothing bad to say, we had a pleasant stay.

Great apartment for a family stay. Had everything we needed and was comfy, with good AC. Kids loved the pool and playpark. 10 min walk to beach and 10 mins to a Mercadona (big supermarket, to avoid the pricier small shops). Very happy to recommend.

Muy bien. Tuvimos dificultades para entrar ya que llegamos muy tarde pero nos asistieron en cuanto llámanos al numero que estaba en la puerta. El sitio es confortable y bien situado si quieres hacer excursiones o salidas por la zona o ir a Port Aventura

Hotel was in a good location. Rooms were clean and specious with good amenities. We struggled to get a local taxi and reception on one occasion didn’t follow up with the taxi firm despite us asking so we missed a planned trip. One night we had a lot of disturbance with noisy neighbours who set off alarms and banged doors at 4am. However I would return as it was a nice hotel and the lady receptionist was wonderful.

Great place, excellent communication with hotel. We spend there only one night, but was better than we expecting will be.

Apartamento correcto para pasar unos días, cómodo en cuanto a dimensiones y mobiliario/dotación, aunque algo anticuado. La limpieza bastante justa, echamos en falta algunas cosas básicas como servilletas, un perchero... Los primeros días hacia frío en el apartamento, era necesario tener la bomba de calor puesta constantemente. Buena ubicación, cerca de la carretera de Salou y cerca de la playa. El personal de recepción poco comunicativo. Buena calidad-precio. Repetiríamos
