Clean well appointed apts friendly staff

The air conditioning is a bit loud and made a screeching noise in the middle of the night lasting about 10 seconds, it did this a few times so I just turned it off and the room was a bit cold bit that was preferable. Noise after flushing toilet could be heard in ceiling. Great location, friendly staff, small and a bit old but clean

Arrived early due to flight at 10am, hotel wanted 30 euros for early check in at 12. However decided against it and they had storage for cases. Visited pool, however life guard very abrupt and rude, as some of our family had trainers on and we weren't made aware of rules, we had a carrier bag attached to one of our bags which contained a football, we were shouted at not use ball, although we hadn't even taken it out of the bag and we were ordered to shower before entering, which i agree with but it's not what you say, it's how you say it. The pool area was lovely, and well maintained, only issue is the slide closes between 2-5 which I would say is the busiest time for the pool. The hotel room was clean, and cleaners came twice during our week there, we had all the facilities we needed including a washing machine and iron, however we didn't use those. The apartments are close to shops, restaurants and bars and is in the residential part of Salou, which we preferred, however it is only a half an hour walk to the strip along the beautiful beach front. The staff at the reception were friendly and helpful, they arranged our taxi for our transfer to airport. I would stay here again with my family.

This hotel was a great surprise, it’s so hard when you read mixed reviews but I’m so pleased I went with this hotel. The receptionist was great, helped with all our queries and check in was super easy. The rooms were clean, well presented and a very comfortable double bed There was a lovely pool, fantastic for families and open till 21:30! A quiet location but with lots of cafes, restaurants and easy walking distance to the beachfront I have nothing bad to say, we had a pleasant stay.

Great apartment for a family stay. Had everything we needed and was comfy, with good AC. Kids loved the pool and playpark. 10 min walk to beach and 10 mins to a Mercadona (big supermarket, to avoid the pricier small shops). Very happy to recommend.

Hotel was in a good location. Rooms were clean and specious with good amenities. We struggled to get a local taxi and reception on one occasion didn’t follow up with the taxi firm despite us asking so we missed a planned trip. One night we had a lot of disturbance with noisy neighbours who set off alarms and banged doors at 4am. However I would return as it was a nice hotel and the lady receptionist was wonderful.

Great place, excellent communication with hotel. We spend there only one night, but was better than we expecting will be.

Lovely helpful staff and nice apartments

Very nice property. We had everything we needed and could get to grocery store easy for supplies needed. But! They supplied us everything we needed from the first so we didn’t need to run out immediately to get food etc. Which was so good as we were tired when we got there! Would definitely use this property again!

Great sized apartment, in great location. Had everything we required. Large balcony was a bonus. Within walking distance of eateries, supermarket and the beach. Secure car parking available. Amazingly helpful reception staff.

The place was clean, looked great but the mattress just didn’t do it for me. It was a rough night, I couldn’t close my eyes one second

The hotel is located in a residential area with a 15 minute walk to the beach and 25 minute walk to the town centre. The reception area is located in a row of shops and doesn't resemble a traditional hotel reception. The staff were very friendly and spoke excellent English. The complex is a series of apartments mainly occupied by Spanish residents. The rooms were very spacious and well equipped and the air conditioning units were excellent. There was a safe in the room which cost 20 euros with a refundable deposit which we were unable to get refunded as the reception staff don't start work until 9 am and we had to leave before this time. The pool area opened from 10 am to 8 pm and there was plenty of room with an adequate number of sunbeds for everyone. Both pool attendants were very fussy and panickity picking none Spanish residents up for very minor issues e.g walking on the grass with training shoes on. They both seemed to be trying to justify their jobs and liked the sound of their whistles. The reception staff were very helpful in pre booking a taxi for our return to Reus Airport which arrived bang on time.

Very good accommodation considering the price. No problems whatsoever. Everything we needed was provided in the apartment. Iron, board, towels, complimentary toiletries. Good shower and aircon.

You need to know what you're getting here. It's an apartment building with a few rooms managed by a company. It was clean and spacious, but without some of the normal hotel amenities (24h front desk, daily maid service, exercise room, concierge). The location is great. Plenty of free parking. Walkable. The hot water is iffy - we had to adjust. You have one set of metal keys and you'd better not lose them! If one of you leaves and uses the key to lock the door on their way out the remaining person has no way to get out of the room! Be careful with that one. If we were to return we'd consider Ona, but we'd look around a bit as well.

We stayed there for one night. It was clean and comfortable.

The rooms was lovely and clean the surroundings was clean and tidy the only thing I would say is that there was no toilet near the swimming pool but otherwise would recommend the apartments.

It was quite big, very clean, with friendly staff.
