Very friendly and helpful front desk staffs. Free city bike, location is ok. Room is a bit tiny.

Hotellet er det eldste i Bilbao og fremstår som en sjarmerende blanding av gammelt og nytt. Beliggende like ved elven er hotellet et perfekt utgangspunkt både for spaserturer langs strandpromenaden og for besøk i den vakre gamlebyen. Frokosten er utmerket, rommene er romslige, og betjeningen er vennlig og hjelpsom. Vi kommer gjerne tilbake!

Hotel muito bem localizado, Predio charmoso, antigo e belamente reformado. Tem elevador. Quarto confortável e um chuveiro otimo.E a limpeza do quarto era realmente impecável. Adoramos ficar ali! Voltaria!!!

The staff was very welcoming and friendly - helping us with whatever request and recommendations we asked for. The location is fantastic - easily accessible to the heart of old town and also across the bridge. Rooms are exceptionally clean. 10/10 Highly Recommend

Central and fair for the price

Good location in Bilbao. Good breakfast.

Everything was perfect except I hadn't understood that our room that we had booked was an "interior" room which meant that the window overlooked the central aircon units and not the street so was fairly claustrophobic. Shower and towels spectacular, breakfast good and staff friendly and helpful. Great location in the old town and opposite my favourite store Desigual !!!

We stayed in the Petit Palace as a base for exploring Bilbao and the region and very pleased with the choice. The location is fantastic, on the edge of the old town. There is a train/metro station a couple of minutes away and it's a pleasant 25 minute riverside stroll to the Guggenheim. The building is old but the rooms have been well modernised with very good bathroom/shower. The staff are all helpful and friendly, we had the daily breakfast which was a good way to start the day. Our room faced the road but noise wasn't an issue and we even had a small balcony. For a city break base would definitely recommend.

Great location close to old town. Rail station/metro walkable. Bilboa a great destination.

Detta är andra gången vi bor på detta hotell! Bästa tänkbara läge, fina och rena rum, god frukost, mycket hjälpsam och trevlig personal! Vi var två vänner men hotellet passar också ensamma damer!

Hotell i perfekt läge, nära till det mesta i Bilbao. Sköna sängar, bra frukost och trevlig personal.

Hotel is in a great location. AC worked great and room was clean. That’s about the only positive thing. It’s a very old hotel that was semi remodeled. The bathroom were redone and look modern however the shower door didn’t close all the way and water was all over the floor. The bed was ‘newish’ and comfortable. The furniture in the room was old and all scuffed. The room had a weird smell. We had a huge beam in the middle of the room. They did have a safe and a small fridge and 2 bottles of complimentary water. The floors were squeaky so we could hear the people in the room above us walking back and forth along with the folks in the hallway. The baseboards looked like puzzle pieces just thrown together. Breakfast was available but €29 for 2 people so we opted out. I tried to go to the 6th floor to check out the restaurant and lounge but it was closed for construction - so not sure if I had paid for breakfast where I could have eaten. Parking is underground public parking garage 5 minute walk away for €20 a day and the hotel gave us a voucher for 10% off. The hotel staff was not very friendly. Bilbao was a nice city but I don’t plan to return, but if I did I def would not stay there again.

Habitación e instalaciones limpias, staff muy amable y súper ubicación. Excelente lugar para quedarse en Bilbao.

Mein Zimmer hatte zwar ein Fenster aber das hat überhaupt nichts gebracht da es aus Milchglas war und in einen Innenhof gezeigt hat. Unter der Zimmertür gab es einen Spalt zum Flur in dem immer Licht war. Man sollte vllt. erwähnen dass es Zimmer „ohne“ Fenster gibt.

This hotel is in the perfect place to easily walk and see all the beautiful venues that Bilbao has to offer. The staff was always pleasant and willing to help. Taxi stand is less than a block away as well as a metro station. You can’t go wrong with this hotel. Highly recommended!
