Very friendly and helpful front desk staffs. Free city bike, location is ok. Room is a bit tiny.

Very nice little hotel in the heart of vibrant Bilbao.

Hôtel parfaitement situé à proximité de commerces, de la rivière, de restaurants. A une distance à pied raisonnable du musée Guggenheim en marchant le long de la rivière... Hôtel très agréable avec un personnel très agréable. Le petit déjeuner est frais et varié avec une mention spéciale pour Maria qui a accepté de nous servir en dehors des heures prévues malgré notre erreur de timing. Je recommande vivement.

Davvero una bella scoperta. Posizione eccellente, personale gentilissimo (gli unici che si siano sbattuti a parlarci in inglese, per dire), camere molto confortevoli e bagno impeccabile, una volta ogni tanto! Bravi!

Very noisy, thin walls.

A localização é boa. Perto do casco velho. Transporte público próximo. Sem estacionamento mas tem um pago a 200 metros. O quarto tem um tamanho bom, podemos abrir as malas. O banheiro é bom e limpo. Tem elevador. Café da manhã sem muita variedade. Enfim, achei um bom custo benefício para Bilbao.

Excellent location, right on the main Plaza. The lobby almost feels like entering an Art Gallery. They skillfully blended a modern design with the original old stone walls. The room was a decent size and had all the amenities. Very quiet in the evening.
