Hotel and staff were excellent. The noise outside the hotel at night was sometimes bad.

Great location for shopping and moving around town, and overall the hotel was quite nice however the room was quite warm and there was no a/c or option to cool it off.

It was very close to the major stores for shopping and to major site seeing spots. We were able to walk everywhere to see the city.

The room was small, didn't have a hot water pot for coffee or tea and there wasn't any available in the lobby either except at breakfast. Also, the bathroom door didn't close to allow for privacy. Because we reserved a room for 2, we expected that there would a place for 2 people to sit. This was not the case. We had one chair. The front desk staff was very helpful which is why I would probably choose to return or refer others to it.

Excellent location good staff

Excellent location right by the Gran Via, within easy walking distance to many of the main plazas and attractions of Madrid. Great breakfast also.

The best location, and the best people!

We stayed in the room for 4 people and the room temperature was a little bit hotter than ideal, and the room was small. But it was clean and the price was right.

The most comfortable beds very comfortable room, the AC was great, and the shower pressure is like no other. Amazing especially in the summer after a long day of walking. The bath towels are full size, which is great. I would stay here again and again. We had no complaints. The staff is amazing. Super friendly and helpful. Always accommodating.

Dinning options. Walking around. I didn’t like the weather. It was too hot.

Nice room and staff very helpful but our 2nd floor room faces the front of the hotel with a a very loud noise every time a car passed or stepped a drainage hole.

Petit Palace was a treat. From the moment we walked in Alicia at the front desk was amazing. She made sure we were taken care of and gave us an amazing recommendation to Mercado de la Reina to have tapas and drinks. There was another young lady who helped me I needed a computer for work and she helped me. Breakfast was great. You are literally in the middle of everything. Primark and Zara are across the street there’s a Mercadona about 6 min walk to get your waters and whatever you need and very very cheap. I would definitely stay again from the front desk to the cleaning crew everyone was great
