Hotel muy bien ubicado a unos pasos de la Gran Vía

The staff was excelente, the emplacement was good , the room was good , the only down side was the AC we couldnt turn it off , the room was freezing .

El personal es muy, pero muy amable. En todo momento nos ayudaron y facilitaron nuestra estancia.

The hotel is in a great, lively area, and I recommend booking a room with a city view. The room itself was small and in need of renovation, and the hallway looked very old. The biggest disappointment was the breakfast—none of the coffee machines worked, and the options were very basic. That said, we still had a great time overall thanks to the excellent location.

Can hear everything, paper thin walls.

Son poco flexibles. A mi retorno el aeropuerto se cerró, tenía que cambiar la fecha de mi estadía, no me permitieron cancelar ni cambiar la fecha. Creo que hay razones en las que pueden hacer una excepción. Ni lo recomiendo, ya que se pueden presentar imprevistos en un viaje.

Clean, standard room. Nice touch having free toiletries and 2 bottles of water on arrival. Beds were comfortable and quiet considering the location- this was brilliant. A few metres from Gran via and next to a massive primark. Some staff were friendly and approachable and some not so much but I do recommend staying here if you’re a family looking for a central location.
