Reception staff were very helpful. Convenient location Across from the bus station. The food from room service was excellent. The breakfast buffet had lots to choose. Only downside was the eggs etc. were not hot.

Check in was a breeze. The room was large and clean. We appreciated the two free boxes of water in the room. The shower was great and the room had large windows. It was quiet and the AC worked well once we figured it out. Jose who checked us in was GREAT…so nice. We found two downsides….the women at reception were super rude and said they didn’t speak English..which was unhelpful and we lay found out to be not true. I also tried to message them several times about our late arrival but got no response. Overall, good location and clean.

Great location for us near the bus station, but also very walkable to sites about town. Clean and comfortable with polite and helpful staff.

Great location for it was across the bus terminal. Staff were friendly, bed and pillows were comfortable. Room was small, walls were thin we could hear next door. Good stay overall.

We arrived by bus in Seville late so needed a hotel near the bus station for one night. We chose well! The hotel is nice, new, clean and comfortable! The staff were friendly and helpful! We had breakfast there for a fee but it was well worth it. Breakfast had a variety of fresh food and beverages. Excellent! The area around the hotel is walkable, safe, and near many great sites!

Excellent stay and customer service

Nice hotel. A bit of a walk from the areas we most wanted to visit - but the room was clean, large enough and had nice products. Seemed newer. It took about 15 minutes to get to the center. Also, reading previous reviews we requested a room that was not facing the street to limit noise and the hotel accomdated us with an interior room.

Only negative was as we were leaving to get our taxi to the airport the lift broke down with us in it! When we got out (not long) no apology or mention of it from the staff when we checked out The hotel was very convenient as we’d arrived by bus from Portugal having had our flights home cancelled so travelled to Seville for a flight home then a reasonable taxi ride to the airport

Our room was small but clean and comfortable. This hotel was no more than 15 minutes walking distance from anywhere you want to go!

The bed is very comfortable and the shower is large. It is a safe place where you can go out for a walk to the center without any problem. Javier from the front desk helped us a lot with reservations and thousands of tips. It is a great place to stay.

Modern, very clean and conveniently located. Breakfast better than most Euro hotels (has protein options ie. eggs). Not too far from city center so you can walk to Seville cathedral, alcazar etc. Great gym YO10 with 10 euro per day pass about 10-15 min walk away within a shopping center.

The room and service was great and close to everything. Only comment was breakfast cost an additional cost of the room by one half. Good but pricy.

I cannot think of a negative aspect of the hotel. The hotel is in the city centre around 10 minutes to Duque and opposite estacion de Armas. Every single member of staff were very helpful and cheery. My room was the superior room, which was of a good size and the bathroom was roomy as well. The bed was very comfortable and the room and hotel were very clean.
