We took overnight bus to estacion de autobuses plaza de armas and arrived at 6:30am. With the 24h reception, we managed to drop off our luggages and check with the reception if there was any luck to have the early check in. Luckily, a balcony room was available at that time. We just needed to pay some more for upgrading the room then we can check in earlier for 8 hours than the original schedule. Of course a YES from us! We took shower and had a power nap to recharge ourselves for the upcoming itinerary. The reception staff Javier was so helpful and saved our lives! Yet, a point to note that the room was actually with ants everywhere and didn’t know where was the origin. Hope the cleanness can be improved. The breakfast buffet was in great variety. I will recommend the hotel to all the travelers especially whose come by bus! Such a convenient location.

Hotel is next to Bus station. It’s very convenient to go here and there. Hotel buffet breakfast is so delicious and have many choices. Room is big and clean, even our room faces to main road, we don’t feel noisy.

Staff were friendly, used eco-friendly package for the water/ toiletries and they smell good too! The location is just across the big bus terminus - Plaza de Armas. We had great stay and will definitely recommend to you.

Superbe hôtel, idéalement situé dans le centre-ville de Séville et avec l’aérer de bus direct pour l’aéroport juste à côté. Pas de nuisance sonore. Personnel souriant et aux petits soins. Chambres très belles spacieuses et confortables. Rien à redire, je recommande cet hôtel à 100% et y retournerais lors de mon prochain voyage à Séville !

Mycket bra, långt bättre än två stjärnor, rent, bra sängar och trevlig personal. Perfekt läge. Rekommenderas, särskilt om man har hund.

Great location and room really well soundproofed. Reception friendly . Room feels like an Ibis but more classy. No kettle but free water. Nothing special bug does the job.

The Hotel was nice but the Staff were AMAZING! Jose and Marta went out of their way to make us feel welcome and helped whenever we needed assistance. The restaurants nearby were very good as well and it is centrally located for what we wanted to do.

체크인 할때 남자직원분이 너무친절했어요 도착하자마자 플라맹고 공연을 보러가야했는데 기차취소로 겨우 숙소에 도착한터라 시간이 촉박하였어요 이에 직원분이 빠른 체크인으로 신속히 처리하고 택시도 잡아주고 잘갔다오라고 격려도 해줬어요 그 따뜻한 마음이 전해져서 세비아에 대한 이미지까지 좋아졌어요 또한 아침식사도 훌륭하고 4성보다 더나은 호텔같아요 또 이용하고싶고 적극 추천합니다

Friendly staff. Good location.

Checking in was quick, our two rooms were ready before the official check in time. We had parked our car nearby in a garage hotel told us and paid a discounted rate at the hotel, good for the end of our checkout day. Hotel room was compact but very clean. Despite the busy and central location of the hotel, our rooms were extremely quiet. Very comfortable and new beds. Breakfast area was small and when we went up to the 5th floor in the day before, we were expecting a continental breakfast, but they had a very nice selection buffet breakfast with excellent selection for anyone!
