Byggnaden och dess läge är fantastiskt. Parkering finns på hotellet men är trång, pga läget i den gamla delen av staden. Trevlig personal. Stora fina rum. Vårt andra besök var lika bra som förra gången, då vi också hade hunden med.

Al alojamiento le sobra una estrella. Estuvimos en una habitación abuhardillada, claustrofobica por la noche, debia permanecer cerrada. Con el water separado de la la bañera. Los suelos, como de hule parecian sucios. La piscina es un pilón y el desayuno con poca variedad. Lo unico que me gustó es la copa de cava de bienvenida.

El edificio es precioso y amplio, acogedor y tranquilo. La habitación, buhardilla, moderna pero un poco rollo para nosotros que medimos casi 1.80m. La bañera enorme. Nos ha gustado mucho en general, pero la piscina es más pequeña de lo que parece en las fotos y no hay ninguna tumbona, solo sillas de cafetería (algunas rotas). El desayuno creemos que no merece la pena para el precio.

This is a lovely hotel with exceptionally helpful staff . My wife is a vegan , and after we expressed an interest in dining in the hotel restaurant , the staff in reception arranged for the chef to speak to us and they provided a delicious vegan option . My non - veggie food was excellent , as was the wine which accompanied our meal .Great location a couple of mins from the Plaza Mayor . Comfortable room , lovely old building with lots of character - our type of hotel. Would stay here again if back in Plasencia.

A beautiful hotel in the city centre. Very friendly welcome and there was welcome drinks of water or cava. Bed super comfy and an excellent night’s sleep had. Plasencia is a small city so this is a good place to break your journey if doing a long trip.
