The room was overlooking side street with lots of noise from rubbish trucks the window would not close properly very small room. We also got bit loads of bites on me and my son the beds were not changed 1st day but was after that. I think there were bed bugs? The gym was closed the swimming pool was very small and freezing? The location was good as were there for the Malaga Marathon.

My stay at the hotel was unfortunately far below expectations. There was a persistent sewage smell throughout the property, and both renovation work inside the rooms and construction outside the hotel were ongoing. Every morning, drilling into concrete started at 8:00 AM, making it impossible to rest. I also experienced very poor service during breakfast. The waiter, José, handled a situation in an unprofessional and uncomfortable manner. His comment should have been addressed discreetly to me, not announced loudly in front of the entire dining room, which created an unnecessary and embarrassing moment. Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel based on my experience.

Thank you so much for a seamless and comfortable stay. Rooms look exactly like the picture, staff are so friendly and walking distance to many restaurants/bars/nightlife. The staff were so accommodating even gave me a conference room so I could pray after checking out. Only comment is the pool is very small, but that's my preference, would definitely stay here again and recomend. Xx

Hotel is perfectly located with easy access to the old town. Staff is very friendly and attentive. Delicious breakfast buffet. Room is very nice and comfortable with a huge ensuite. Probably bigger than the main room. Nothing to complain about. It was my birthday and I received a bottle of cava as a courtesy.

Fik et værelse øverst oppe som vi har bedt om. Helt fantastisk tagterrasse, hvor man kan slappe af efter en aktiv dag.

Our room was not renovated. It was different than the pictures shown on the website. However, it was clean and spacious enough

Sentralt, imøtekommende personale, ok frokost, god plass på rommet.

Schöne Dachterrasse, gute Snacks und tolles Personal. Leidrr ist das Poolareal "winzig". Liegen müssen reserviert werden ... sollte man gleich bei der Buchung erwähnen, denn, wer zu spät kommt, hat keinen Platz😒, obwohl für längere Zeit Liegen frei waren ... schade!

Lovely stay in hotel, it’s very close to the old town in Malaga, approx 5 mins walk. They have a lovely pool area on roof, it’s small so get there early for a sun lounger. The beach is approx 25 mins walk away.

Great location, just minutes walk from central Malaga.

Excellent staff and very good amenities

After check in i went to the room, and when I entered the room I switch on the lite beside my bed, when i pressed the bottom the light exploded which caused the all the rooms to have no power for 20 min. I went to reception to inform them about the incident. I spoke to albaro who started accusing me of plugging an adapter that caused the Electrical short circuit, I tried to explain to him and tell him i did not plug anything i just Switch on the light, he did not listen and we were so tired and frustrated and I started raising my voice and he started shouting and he said go out of the hotel and he wanted to call the police . then we started talking and i told him that he is accusing me of things that did not happen and please send the technician to check . he said we don't have one now. we will send one in the Moring. and another night sift guy help in restoring the power, he even was not worried about my safety when i told him that my hand is paining. after words i asked him to come to the room and showed him how the light cover is lose, my eleven years daughter was scarred and ran away out of the the room and my wife was also scared that something will happen. When the technician came in the morning to check, he opened the light cover and the wire inside was damaged (see Photos attached) he cut the wire where it was stripped and fixed it. Other than that the Reception, HK and breakfast staff were amazing.

Ett fantastiskt fint hotell som låg bra i Malaga. Rummet var fint, sängen skön och fräscht! Mycket trevlig och hjälpsam personal som gav det ligga extra för att hjälpa till. Fantastisk rooftop bar med underhållning och vacker utsikt. Hit kan vi åka igen.
