The staff were wonderful and the food in the restaurant was excellent. The rooms were really lovely and clean

Lovely stay in hotel, it’s very close to the old town in Malaga, approx 5 mins walk. They have a lovely pool area on roof, it’s small so get there early for a sun lounger. The beach is approx 25 mins walk away.

Great location, just minutes walk from central Malaga.

Excellent staff and very good amenities

After check in i went to the room, and when I entered the room I switch on the lite beside my bed, when i pressed the bottom the light exploded which caused the all the rooms to have no power for 20 min. I went to reception to inform them about the incident. I spoke to albaro who started accusing me of plugging an adapter that caused the Electrical short circuit, I tried to explain to him and tell him i did not plug anything i just Switch on the light, he did not listen and we were so tired and frustrated and I started raising my voice and he started shouting and he said go out of the hotel and he wanted to call the police . then we started talking and i told him that he is accusing me of things that did not happen and please send the technician to check . he said we don't have one now. we will send one in the Moring. and another night sift guy help in restoring the power, he even was not worried about my safety when i told him that my hand is paining. after words i asked him to come to the room and showed him how the light cover is lose, my eleven years daughter was scarred and ran away out of the the room and my wife was also scared that something will happen. When the technician came in the morning to check, he opened the light cover and the wire inside was damaged (see Photos attached) he cut the wire where it was stripped and fixed it. Other than that the Reception, HK and breakfast staff were amazing.

Ett fantastiskt fint hotell som låg bra i Malaga. Rummet var fint, sängen skön och fräscht! Mycket trevlig och hjälpsam personal som gav det ligga extra för att hjälpa till. Fantastisk rooftop bar med underhållning och vacker utsikt. Hit kan vi åka igen.

Did not eat at the hotel. The location is a taxi from the airport and walkable to shops and beach within 20 minutes. The largest dislike is the pool. The website picture makes it look bigger than it is. It is really only the size of a large hot tub. I specifically chose the hotel for the pool and we were unable to use it due to the size.

The hotel was fine for 3 nights, rooms clean but tired and small. Some staff in reception and roof top bar brusque not particularly friendly to guests, computer always seemed to say no to all requests. Roof top pool way too busy, hotel had no where to escape to. Hotel noisy lots of outside noise even at 5 in the morning. Not the best hotel I have ever stayed in.

Mycket nöjda med vistelsen - trevlig bar/restaurang och pool på taket, fin service och bra läge. Extra trevligt att hotellet överraskade med en flaska mousserande på rummet på min födelsedag.

Rent og pent. God service. Flott hotell med herlig takterrasse.

Superfint hotell. Perfekt gångavstång till allt. Fräsh frukost, bara stekta äggen aom var oätliga, annars var allt perfekt, man hittade både hälsosammare alternativ och mer barnsliga.Trevlig personal, särskilt tjejen med mörkt kort hår men även receptionen fungerade smärtfritt. Rummet rent och fräsht, städades snabbt och fläckfritt. Även när vi satt upp "stör ej" och glömde den kvar städades det sent när vi ändrade.Tack för det! Trevligt med flamencodans i poolbaren onsdagar. Den enda kritik vi har är poolen som inte alls mötte övriga hotellets standard. Liten och upplevdes smutsig även om vi såg att de tog tester i alla fall två gånger om dagen. Parasoll saknades. Förstår att de hellre vill att man ska boka vip-avdelningen men hade pool-avdelningen varit samma standard som övriga delar hde jag bokat detta om och om igen.

No hemos tenido la oportunidad de comer algo o desayunar ya que subia bastante el precio, por dos noches hemos pagado 326 euros sin desayuno, el desayuno era 15 euros por persona y dia. En general muy bien, la habitación un poco pequeña para ser 4 estrellas, la cama cómoda, la psicina pequeña y algo turbia pero bastante bien si el hotel no esta muy lleno. La terraza muy tranquila buenas vistas a la ciudad. Seguramente repitamos hotel si volvemos a la Málaga algun dia porque el casco antiguo esta cerca pero a la vez el hotel alejado de mucho barullo.

Hotel a pochi passi dal centro ,staff impeccabile pulizia ottima ,servizi molto buoni l'unica pecca è che dicono che aprono la piscina alle 10 quando poi alle 9 già si fiondano tutti li,metterei un orario corretto per tutti, così i furboni non lasciano gli asciugamani sui lettini prima dell'apertura della piscina,oppure vieterei di lasciare gli asciugamani per conservarsi i posti, o allargate lo spazio per la piscina

The property is in great condition, the staff is very knowledgeable. The location is very good but in the border of the best area.

Great location. Hotel layout and room were kind of odd. Tiny window overlooking rooftop bar/pool. Bar was nice but pool space was inadequate and over-crowded with the hot weather. Disappointed that we couldn’t utilize the pool. Didn’t spend much time in hotel but the bathroom could use an upgrade- drain backed up and smelled of sewage. Shower was too small to even turn around in! Bed was only moderately comfortable. Employees were all friendly and helpful.
