The location is good and the room is clean. There were 2 small towels for our cleaning of our dirty shoes which I like as it saves the clean towels and environmental friendly. But there was an accidental alarm rang which woke all of the residents up.

The location is great. It is close to everything, cathedral, museums, restaurants, grocery stores, and laundry services. The room is very spacious. It also has a great view over the terrace and church steeples in the old town. The reception is very helpful arranging transportation services for us. The taxi can get to the hotel door without lugging the luggage on the limited access streets.

A destacar la extrema amabilidad de la persona de recepción y la limpieza de la habitación (de verdad muy muy limpia). La habitación era amplia, sobria, sin moviliario excesivo. Todo en buenas condiciones. Baño igualmente amplio. Muy centrico, a unos 5 minutos de la catedral.

The location was a 5 minute walk from the Santiago Cathedral. My room had a balcony that had view of a church which was beautiful. Coffee shop was right outside of the hotel and a self serve laundromat was a two minute walk. Perfect location. The staff was super helpful and friendly. Highly recommend this hotel,
