The location is good and the room is clean. There were 2 small towels for our cleaning of our dirty shoes which I like as it saves the clean towels and environmental friendly. But there was an accidental alarm rang which woke all of the residents up.

Loved our short stay.. beautiful little window alcove in our room looking out onto the square. Breakfast was great.. peaceful beautiful space and while there were no eggs everything was fresh and delicious and thoughtfully curated. She helped with taxis etc. Umbrellas by the main door when it's raining. Cozy.

My stay at Hotel San Miguel in Santiago was an absolute treat. The hotel is centrally located in the casco historico, on a serene street just 3 minutes from the cathedral and a short walk from the busier streets of Santiago. That means you are close to everything while still enjoying a quieter setting, which made for great night sleep. The beds were very comfortable, and the service from Luisa and Nuria was exceptional. They took wonderful care of my daughter and I throughout our stay, and during the very fresh breakfast. I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay there again if I return to Santiago.

The San Miguel Hotel was a delightful two-day retreat after 30 days of walking the Camino Francais. Even though it was close to the Cathedral, the San Miguel was always quiet; a great place to escape the noise and the crowds. The San Miguel felt decadent after the albergues! I loved my hotel room with its enclosed terrace - complete with table and chairs where I could sit and drink my morning coffee or afternoon tea! An electric kettle was provided, along with tea bags and coffee sachets. The room also had a minibar/fridge with cold drinks. The bathroom was lovely as well - bathtub/shower, shampoo, conditioner and blow dryer. I can’t say enough about the hotel or its staff. It’s my top choice in Santiago. Thank you for a wonderful stay! Just a lovely hotel! We had a room with a bath and a view over the Monastery. The Aircon worked beautifully and there was a kettle! The position of this hotel is about two minutes walk from the Cathedral, but very quiet at night. Thoroughly recommend!
