Swimming pool: 25m in length - therefore excellent to swim long distances for fitness. Nice gym too. Sunshine and exercise what’s not to like! 👏 It’s a shame to watered down drinks were diluted with a sugary solution 😞

The hotel was kid friendly,didn’t use the spa ,rooms cleaned everyday and all staff very friendly

Best thing about the hotel is the Great staff , the food same stuff daily , the rooms are out of date , apart from that you can’t fault it

Alles was goed, enkel een lekkende douchekop en een airco die maar af en toe werkten. Het eten, personeel, kamer en zwembad was TOP!

Accomodation was a bit dated and outside areas need a bit of tlc, the public areas generally were clean and modern. The restaurant felt more like a canteen and definately needs sone tlc. The quality of food was not good, we were on all inclusive but ate out every night except for two.

Excellent staff, I always stay at sandos properties around Spain and further afield. I used to stay at the adults only Monaco in Benidorm but have recently switched to the Benidorm suites. We usually visit a few times per year and are never disappointed. Thank you so much and we look forward to seeing you all in September again :)

Nice enough hotel great staff. Rooms large but a little tired.

There were certain parts that needed work, the gym was worn out and not safe to use, the air con kept stopping and the food hall was very nasic compared to the rest of the hotel

The hotel was lovely very cool inside for escaping the heat outside for a bit, food was delicious & staff were pleasant

Love this hotel staff are so friendly & roll go the extra mile for any request. We always to upgrade SELECT room which gives you access to beautiful lounge premium drinks & outside sun terrace area. Pleased to say the Cabana beds have had mattresses replaced. Entertainment good food great selection for a buffet there’s lots of choice & outside by pool snack bar food is cooked to order

Stayed at the Sandos Benidorm Suites on many occasions and enjoyed every visit. All staff are very friendly and welcoming, good choice of food in the restaurant or there’s the snack bar during the day. Rooms are comfortable and clean, it is on a hill, but not too steep and in a nice quiet area for Benidorm

Our 2nd visit here, good location 5 mins walk from bars and restaurants. All staff polite and friendly. Everywhere clean and rooms large with separate seating area.

Staff lovely customer service. Hotel nice and clean. Rooms cleaned every day. Toilet in bathroom didn't seem fitted to the floor, very wobbly when sat on. Food was plentiful but quite strange nothing really went together as a mean. Our last day... Pigs trotters! Absolutely not! Hotels central, walk down a slight incline to beach. Overall a pleasant stay.

Very friendly welcome on arrival, all the staff throughout the stay where friendly and helpful.. the room was nice and clean, comfy bed and free amenities to including toothbrush, shaver and accompaniments. The food was excellent quality, nice and hot if it was hot and nice and cold the other way .. all in all superb..

Another great stay at sandos benidorm suites ,staff very friendly, rooms spacious lovely big balcony,food is lovely something for everyone definitely be returning .

Typical Benidorm all inclusive hotel, good choice of food, rooms dated, restaurant staff amazing, front desk younger members of staff not so.
