Favourite hotel in Benidorm. Staff are wonderful stayed for Xmas & new year the gala dinners & entertainment was amazing! We upgraded to SELECT it’s well worth it comfortable seating help yourself to premium drinks

Lovely hotel. Spotlessly clean and the lobby looked fantastic decked out with a Christmas theme. The rooms are all suites with a large balcony/terrace looking towards the sea. Very comfortable beds. The food was great, lots of options for all tastes and the staff were actively clearing plates all the time. Plenty of help yourself drink options available with meals including alcohol. The hotel is a little way off the main drag but everything including the beach and old town is walkable.

Food was amazing and plentiful. Drinks were locally sourced and tasted very good, beer was Cruzcampo😊. Entertainment every night and good quality singers, quizzes and karaoke.

Room was in need of some desperate attention. Shower mouldy and wasn’t clean on arrival. Still had hair from previous guests in shower. Some staff went above abs beyond. Matthew/Dennis & kids entertainers really made the holiday but this was consistent with the rest. Pool area/sum

Swimming pool: 25m in length - therefore excellent to swim long distances for fitness. Nice gym too. Sunshine and exercise what’s not to like! 👏 It’s a shame to watered down drinks were diluted with a sugary solution 😞

Accomodation was a bit dated and outside areas need a bit of tlc, the public areas generally were clean and modern. The restaurant felt more like a canteen and definately needs sone tlc. The quality of food was not good, we were on all inclusive but ate out every night except for two.

Excellent staff, I always stay at sandos properties around Spain and further afield. I used to stay at the adults only Monaco in Benidorm but have recently switched to the Benidorm suites. We usually visit a few times per year and are never disappointed. Thank you so much and we look forward to seeing you all in September again :)

There were certain parts that needed work, the gym was worn out and not safe to use, the air con kept stopping and the food hall was very nasic compared to the rest of the hotel
