Je suis très déçue de mon séjour dans cet hôtel, digne d’un 2 étoiles. Tout d’abord, nous avons trouvé des poissons d’argent à trois reprises dans la salle de bain, ce qui n’est clairement pas acceptable dans un hôtel de ce standing. Le point le plus grave reste un incident très stressant : je suis restée bloquée environ 10 minutes dans la salle de bain avec une de mes filles, pendant que mon autre fille était seule dans la chambre. La porte était impossible à ouvrir et j’ai finalement dû forcer et casser la porte pour pouvoir sortir. Mes enfants étaient complètement tétanisés par la situation. Malgré la gravité de l’incident, aucun geste commercial n’a été proposé, seulement des excuses. L’ambiance générale de l’hôtel n’était pas non plus adaptée aux familles. Beaucoup de clients étaient ivres, et nous avons même retrouvé des joints près des chambres, ce qui est particulièrement choquant lorsqu’on séjourne avec des enfants. Les aires de jeux pour enfants sont également problématiques : - L’aire de jeux extérieure n’est pas sécurisée : le jeu de balance se détache du sol lorsque les enfants sont dessus, ce qui est dangereux. - L’aire de jeux intérieure est très mal entretenue : la plupart des jeux sont cassés ou très sales. Le seul point positif de notre séjour reste le buffet, qui est varié et de bonne qualité. Malheureusement, au vu de ces problèmes de sécurité, d’hygiène et d’ambiance, je ne recommanderais pas cet hôtel pour un séjour en famille.

Best hotel in the area, staff super helpful, food excellent and a plenty! Not on the beach however not far either, part of the holiday is to walk past all the shops and loads of "English" pubs! All with large screen sports

Room was lovely nice and cleam all staff helpful and pleasant. Only disappointment was spa which was in sister hotel. Complimentary facial lovely which was in same hotel.

Wat een geweldig hotel. Totaal niet het gevoel dat je in een groot hotel verblijft waar je een welness, sportschool, zwembad en entertainment is. De eetzaal is overzichtelijk en ruim, maar de akoestiek is prettig.

The suites were spacious, clean. Large balcony. Toiletries. Kettle and you can grab what you need from the bar. It was quiet, comfy beds. We went halfboard, breakfast and dinner had plenty of choice everynight. We only stayed 5 nights, i think i would of got bored of the food any longer. Coffee machine is not great but you can get a decent coffee from the bar. We didnt go to the entertainment but looked like the usual bingo, shows etc. I used the sauna which was nice. Didnt use any of the other facilites. January so pool was cold. Can walk to the beach and old town in about 10-15 mins and about 20 min walk to bus and tram station. Shout out to Molly who was lovely helpful receptionist.

The hotel is very clean, spacious and modern. The receptionist was welcoming and polite. The bar staff are friendly and very good selection of drinks. The entertainment in the evening was good, live singers, i think there could possibility be 2 acts on in the evening as a fair bit of time just sitting and waiting but i understand this could also clash with evening meals. I didn't join in with the daytime entertainment but i saw people playing darts and archery. Again maybe a quiz or something to could take place. The restaurant is very clean and friendly staff. The food was ok, luke warm but i understand its difficult to keep things hot. The breakfast selection is good fruit, yogurt, cereals, toast,pastries and cook breakfast. Lunch and evening meal salad, chips, potatoes, pizza, 2 pasta dishes. cheese and cold meats every day with the choice of a "main" dish i.e beef in peppercorn sauce, bbq ribs, Chinese chicken. Quite a lot of fish which i don't eat but fish everyday. The rooms are very clean and smell lovely. House keeping friendly. You get complimentary toiletries including toothbrush Toothpaste soap and razor in the bathroom with shower gel/shampoo in dispenser. The room has a kettle and mugs with tea and coffee available from the bar. Its about a 10 minute walk from the beach/strip with shops along the way. I would return again

Favourite hotel in Benidorm. Staff are wonderful stayed for Xmas & new year the gala dinners & entertainment was amazing! We upgraded to SELECT it’s well worth it comfortable seating help yourself to premium drinks

Lovely hotel. Spotlessly clean and the lobby looked fantastic decked out with a Christmas theme. The rooms are all suites with a large balcony/terrace looking towards the sea. Very comfortable beds. The food was great, lots of options for all tastes and the staff were actively clearing plates all the time. Plenty of help yourself drink options available with meals including alcohol. The hotel is a little way off the main drag but everything including the beach and old town is walkable.

Generally property condition and facilities are good. Very friendly staff. The only disappointment was the duvets we used weren't clean 😪.

Fantastic Hotel, clean and the staff were fantastic.

Food was amazing and plentiful. Drinks were locally sourced and tasted very good, beer was Cruzcampo😊. Entertainment every night and good quality singers, quizzes and karaoke.

Room was in need of some desperate attention. Shower mouldy and wasn’t clean on arrival. Still had hair from previous guests in shower. Some staff went above abs beyond. Matthew/Dennis & kids entertainers really made the holiday but this was consistent with the rest. Pool area/sum
