The room was clean, but no kettle for tea or coffee, has a mini bar with drinks, chocolate, and olives. The Staff at the reception was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was disappointing, we tried to go different hours, but it was always food missing or drinks. Don't expect a full breakfast. Apart from the breakfast the hotel was good for what we needed, nice neighbourhood

Hotel weit außerhalb des Stadtzentrums in St. Just Desvern, mit dem Bus gut eine Dreiviertelstunde, einmal quer durch die Stadt. Hotel selbst in die Jahre gekommen, man sah, dass es einmal vor längerer Zeit einem guten Drei-Sterne-Standard entsprach, heute allerdings nicht mehr. Schimmelablagerungen in der Dusche, Laminat im Zimmer durch Wasserschäden teils aufgeweicht und mit deutlich sichtbaren Fugen, laut quietschende Türen im Hotel. Das Bett hatte eine Federkernmatratze. Größe des Zimmers für zwei Personen in Ordnung. Badutensilien (Seife und Duschgel/-shampoo) waren vorhanden und gut. Frühstück haben wir nicht gebucht. Personal an der Rezeption unauffällig, aber hilfsbereit. Stadtviertel mit höherem Lebensstandard, Cafés, Bars und kleinere Supermärkte fußläufig erreichbar.

Amazing stay with amazing breakfast varieties

Easy to get to city centre by bus and metro. Reception staff were all excellent. Loads of free parking in the street.

Friendly and professional staff, room size was good

Check in process was quite long, online form on tablet at front desk wasn't working properly despite several attempts, then had to fill in a lot of information that was already available through my original booking. Otherwise, all was ok. Decent breakfast, good service from staff.

Todos excelentes, persona, limpieza, las camas divinas, baños súper limpios y el desayuno espectacular 10/10 solo el aire acondicionado era ruidoso y salía mucho aire frío.

A very good stay

Good choice of breakfast unless you were close to end time. Choice of alternative to dairy milk limited. Room comfy, all necessary facilities.

Le monsieur qu’on a trouvé à la réception pour notre Check-in, était super sympa. La chambre en général est bien, par contre trop de bruit dans les couloirs à tout moment même vers 3h 4h du matin ce qui nous a empêché de bien dormir. Par contre, on a été facturé sur les boissons qu’on avait bu qui étaient dans le petit réfrigérateur dans la chambre, c’est écrit nul part et en plus la dame qui nous avait facturé elle nous a mal expliqué, elle ne parlait ni bien français ni anglais donc on a pas trop compris pourquoi ces frais qui nous a pas été expliqué avant notre intégration !! C’est quand même décevant car dans les autres hôtels les boissons qui se trouvent dans la chambre sont quand même gratuites. Et puis on a pris le petit déjeuner un seul matin et heureusement, le petit serveur il s’est énervé contre nous car on s’est mit dans la terrasse dehors, qui bien sûr pas expliqué pourquoi c’est interdit 🚫 Et en plus de ça le petit dej n’est pas bon du tout pour le prix !!! Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel!
