I’ve stayed at countless hotels and have never been made to wait until the exact minute of a 3pm check-in. After receiving multiple emails beforehand encouraging online check-in, we arrived at 2pm following a long travel day in pouring rain, only to be met by a rude and unhelpful receptionist. We were told the rooms were “full” so there was no possibility of cleaning a room early — which makes absolutely no sense. Check-out is at 11am and check-in isn’t until 3pm, so rooms should reasonably be cleaned well before new guests arrive. The hotel was also not busy at all, which made this explanation even harder to believe. The room itself was just as disappointing. The walls are extremely thin, if you want disrupted sleep, stay here. You can literally hear conversations from the rooms next door. The room was unbearably hot with no way to turn on air conditioning or even a fan. Our only option was to open the window, which meant listening to constant freeway noise all night. Overall, it was a very unpleasant stay with poor service and basic comfort issues. This hotel is mediocre at best and absolutely not worth the price. We won’t be returning. Stay away.

Super nettes Personal, sehr gutes Frühstück. Die Lage ist am Rande von Barcelona , das hat uns nicht so gut gefallen. Aber immer noch Zone 1. Das Hotel liegt ca. 11km vom Zentrum entfernt und wir mussten etwas suchen, um die Tramhaltestelle zu finden, wo man auch Tickets für die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel kaufen kann. Wenn man es einmal raus hat, läuft es super mit Tram, Bussen und Metro. In den Bussen kann man die Tickets direkt kaufen.

The reception area is not particularly well-designed, it is not designed in such a way that someone can approach the guests to enjoy their coffee or drink, except for this bar, at least while we were there it was closed. The condition of the room, especially the fabrics, was tragic... dirty and worn... finally, don't you, the managers, see that the hotel needs renovation? The cost of the night for the month of November is 125 euros for this condition, as well as the services and the location of the hotel, I think it was more expensive.

We could not have an evening meal as closed at weekends and same with breakfast i was informed it was closed

There is a bus stop in walkable distance. The bus takes you directly to the city center, and it's about one hour via bus. Rooms are cean, and staff is helpful.

We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel. There is a nice local coffee shop within a short walking distance from the hotel.

This hotel completely ruined our trip. The room was disgusting — the bathroom sink was blocked, so we couldn’t even wash our hands, and the toilet area was dirty when we arrived. The air conditioning made a horrible loud noise all night, and we couldn’t sleep at all. We complained to the staff right away, but they didn’t care. On the first day, they said there were no other rooms and told us to “check again tomorrow.” The next day, after we involved Expedia, the hotel promised that we would get a new room within an hour. Guess what? After one hour, nothing was ready. They just assumed we would come back to the hotel to pick up the key — even though we had clearly told them we wouldn’t return until the evening! Totally unprofessional and disrespectful. When we finally got the new room later, it was tiny and uncomfortable. Honestly, it felt like they didn’t care at all about their guests. The hotel is also in the middle of nowhere — it takes about an hour to reach the city and another hour to get back. There’s nothing nearby, no restaurants, no shops, no tourist area. The staff were rude, unhelpful, and didn’t even try to fix anything. This place is a complete joke. Don’t waste your money or your time — avoid this hotel at all costs!
