飯店地理位置很完美，飯店人員服務態度也非常好，但可惜洗澡水忽冷忽熱

市景房無懈可擊！除此之外沒有什麼好推薦的😂 早餐普通、房間隔音不好、吹風機不好用、床偏塌，但是景完美～

房间，臭。枕头没洗有異味，房间与预定不一致，一位女性服务员．回答问题很怪，一句太忙无法给予任何帮助与处理

在圣家堂边上。非常方便

除了可以看到聖家堂以外，其他都很糟糕，打掃隨便，棉被床單沒洗乾淨，造成皮膚發癢，隔音很差，外面常有狗吠，還有咆哮聲，感覺治安不佳，房間內電視已經是被淘汰品，絕不會再選擇這間住宿

Beautiful view of the Basilica de la Sargrada Familia from the rooftop. Hotel was in the center of everything. Fantastic breakfast.

サグラダ・ファミリアが見えるお部屋に泊まりましたが、本当に目の前でした。真横から見られる場所は限られてると思うので貴重だったと思います。朝起きてから夜のライトアップまで堪能できて最高でした。サグラダファミリア駅のエレベーターのある入り口は、サグラダファミリアを挟んで反対側でした。受付の方はみなさんとても親切で、チェックアウト後も荷物を預けて観光させていただきました。カードキーは3枚あって開いたり開かなかったりでした、部屋を出る時に確認するといいと思います。

Staff was pleasant and accomodating! Rooftop views of La Sagrada Familia were spectacular by day and night. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The location was ideal! Close to the metro, La Sagrada Familia and lots of restaurants nearby.

The rooftop bar had an amazing view!!! Friendly staff.

サグラダ・ファミリアが見えるお部屋に泊まったので、その点に置いてだけは良かったです。その事は、他の方も書かれていましたね。実際その様に感じました。 残念なことに、夜がとても煩かったです。ツインベッドでありながらコンセントは十分ではなく、冷蔵庫もとても小さくて、私物で買ったドリンクも入れにくかったです。 私の場合は、予約変更からいろんなトラブルがあり、ホテル側とExpedia側の問題ではあるものの、ホテルに対しては全く良い印象がありません。私にとって、3回目のサグラダ・ファミリア見学でした。私にとって、40年以上に渡り、時と共に変化していく建造物を見るのが楽しみで来ました。しかしながら、今回はホテルの対応の事もあり、とても残念な記憶になりそうです。

The staff here are what made our stay great. They went above and beyond. I booked this hotel for my elderly aunt and I. She does not walk well, but her dream has always been to visit Spain. I did not know that the elevator doesn't go up to the terrace and there are 2 flights of stairs to get there. When the maintenance lady saw that we stopped at base of steps because we couldn't go up, she called in reinforcements. 2 burley gentleman helped get my aunt up the steps and she was able to see La Sagrada Familia and the gorgeous view. All of the front desk, cafe and restaurant staff were wonderful. Made this stay forever memorable for my aunt and I am so grateful

バスルームが少し使いにくかったが、部屋はきれいで良かった

1 night stay at the end of a cruise that ended in Barcelona. Only a few blocks away from the famous Sagrada Familiar which should be on everyone's bucket list. Numerous local restaurants everywhere you look.

I’d visited the roof top terrace on a previous trip so knew the hotel was located in a good area next to the Sagrada Familia and in walking distance to other sights. The staff were friendly upon check in and gave information on how guests can use the terrace (free of charge and no need to book). We found the room to be very clean with amenities that included a shower cap, toothbrushes, tissues and a comb. The room was very cold due to a good AC unit which was a great relief. Coming back every night was lovely after hours of walking in the heat! The few issues we did find included the door of our bathroom getting jammed every time it was closed so it was a bit tricky getting in and out once it had been closed properly, and the detachable shower was very weak. We didn’t opt for the breakfast as it was roughly an extra €17 pp per day so we’re not able to comment but this wasn’t an issue as there is a good bakery just round the corner and lots of brunch spots very close by (within a 5-10 min walk). Overall we had a lovely stay at Sercotel Rosellon and would definitely book again should we return to Barcelona.

The sound proof between rooms is not good. It’s noisy outside even at 1am.
