Hotel was nice and comfortable. Staff was responsive and helpful. Great location next to the Sangrada Familia with a fantastic roof top bar with direct view. Food at the restaurant was good, convenient but way overpriced.

Underwhelming check in at the reception. Staffs are not friendly. Upon going in the room, I call the desk for a potential upgrade as someone message me if I wanted to upgrade for extra cost to have a view of the Sagrada which I accepted and happy to pay for. The receptionist laughed at me, did try to explain that it was an automatic message although it was signed by the staff name Veronica. I asked again if there’s a room I can upgrade to the staff replied “I don’t think so” with laughter in her tone. Not great service. This is one of the few review or possibly the first time I ever write a negative feedback and I travel and stay in hotels quite a lot. Only staff were great are in the breakfast shift.

The hotel is centrally located just around the corner from the cathedral. It was very clean and the staff was amazing. Our only complantis that the wi-fi was not the best. To get good wi-fi you had to go down to the lobby. The TV was also all in Spanish (big surprise), it just would have to have had some English speaking channels espcially for the news.

i like that it was just a walking distance to Sagrada Familia,which was our main purpose,and lots of shops/places to eat nearby...but the room and bathroom was very small...at least it was very clean though

Staff are friendly and helpful. Room clean. Good breakfast spread. View on the rooftop is amazing looking straight at Sagrada. And if you’re lucky enough to get a room where you can see La Sagrada Familia from your bedroom is a plus!

Location is the best! However, the bedding has blood stain on it. The towel all too old felt filthy. The water at breakfast taste fishy. - good breakfast though and the roof top is wow! 3 stars at the most.

Stay was all right. Very busy area. Booked for the view, however the view was obstructed by windows that didn’t open. Went to the roof to take photos. The food & drinks at the rooftop bar were not great. Don’t recommend eating there. Staying there you are close to hop on & off bus but not so much walkable to shops.
