Sercotel Rosellon

Definitely not a 4-star hotel. My room was on the 7th floor, and the hallway smelled like a sewer. Unfortunately, the same smell was in my room for an entire day. I called the front desk, and they offered to spray the room, but no other rooms were available. The bathroom was outdated, and there was a lot of mold in the shower. The window blinds were broken, dirty, and in poor condition. For the price, you can definitely find a much cleaner and better hotel elsewhere.

Fantastic location, view, food and great breakfast as well as meal options! Plus the AirConditioning was ON. It was so refreshing and friendly helpful staff. Couldn't recommend more. I hope to be back soon.

Loved this hotel. Central to everything. Staff was so helpful. View was crazy amazing looking at the Sagrada Familia. Roof top bar was outstanding.

The location was fabulous. The staff was extremely helpful and accomodating. The breakfast was well worth the additional charge; one of the best we've ever expereinced. If we ever make it back to Barcelona this will be where we stay.

Overall great hotel for about $200usd per night. Room was very comfortable, AC very cold , comfy beds, 2 bottles of water daily, water kettle for coffee/tea, lovely bathroom amenities, towels very nice. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was phenomenal!! Everything you could possible want. Even fresh squeezed OJ machine. Coffee machine with cappuccino, espresso and any other coffees and tea you could possibly want. Breakfast room was bright with plenty of seating . Staff was excellent, replenishing buffet items quickly and cleaning tables quickly. Then there was the rooftop bar breathtaking with up close views of the Familia Sagrada. Great drinks and light bites, tapas . Waiters and host worked VERY HARD seating guest and serving drinks and food. Heads up make reservations spots book up quickly. Ten out of Ten would book again. Lovely experience

Our room was at the facing the street. Very loud. No face towels just hand towels and regular bath towels. Safe was broken. Bathroom weird layout. Partial shower door, so before you turn on the shower, make sure it’s the above shower head or remove the handheld ir else it will wet the entire floor.

It was a short but amazing stay. We had an incredible view of the Sagrada Família, and the breakfast was excellent.

Front desk staff was helpful and nice. My complaint was how small the room is and how it had a bad smell which seems like it wasn’t cleaned properly. The view from the rooftop was not as great in person as the picture. Overall, I would not stay in this hotel again since it’s not worth the price.

This is one of the finest hotels I have ever stayed in. Its greatest advantage is its exceptional location. If you want to be within a close proximity of La Sagrada Familia, this hotel is an outstanding choice. The rooftop bar truly sets it apart, offering breathtaking views that enhance the overall experience. It can get full let’s be honest, plenty of people wants to take a photo obviously because of the magnificenct view. They will prioritize and get you a table if you’re staying in the hotel. Imagine yourself waking up next to this beautiful church. The staff were welcoming, knowledgeable, non-biased, and consistently helpful. As a solo traveler, I especially appreciated their attentiveness and professionalism, which made my stay both comfortable and enjoyable.

The distance from de hotel to the catedral is good, the shower is very uncomfortable.

We had booked a twin room and they changed it to a king room without letting me know. It was inconvenient as there was no twin room available until the next day so we had to move rooms during our stay. They did offer a free breakfast for the inconvenience.

Staff is fantastic… very helpful (Mario and the gal who helped us with the metro directions). Location is right around the corner from the metro station and the Sagrada Família with a gorgeous view from the upper terrace. Breakfast was well worth the money… especially the fresh squeezed orange juice. Thank you for a lovely stay!
