Los trabajadores son excelentes, no tengo palabras para la atención y el trato recibidos. Muy amables todos, a pesar de tantísimas personas estaban pendientes que no nos faltara de nada.

Lo mejor que tiene este hotel es el personal que es excepcional. La animación con Coleen y Betty es impresionante. Si energía positiva es muy contagiosa. La comida es buenísima y cuando algo se estropea, se arregla en horas( en nuestro caso fue el aire acondicionado)

Destacaría la disponibilidad del personal y amabilidad. Ausencias de ruidos , se descansa muy bien. Comuda buena

I stayed here for just one night and couldn’t wait to leave. The so-called air conditioning is a joke - it only blew hot air, and I didn’t get any sleep until 5:30 a.m. It should not be advertised as air conditioning at all. The rest of the hotel is no better, with none of the common areas properly cooled. The bathroom was dirty, with hairs and fingerprints left in the shower and on the surfaces. Everything is old & worn out. The pool area is overcrowded and chaotic, with no available seating. Sunbeds are “reserved” with towels for hours while no one uses them, making it impossible to relax. Definitely not worth the money.

Très grand hôtel mais les chambres étaient un peu vieilles et pas très propres. Les repas étaient très bon. Les emplacements de parking gratuits étaient souvent rempli.

100% recomendable. Aunque las habitaciones son un poco antiguas, el resto de 10! en cuanto a animacion para niños, comida, limpieza y personal muy amable.

Big size hotel with plenty of activity and space. Nothing too much trouble and plenty of staff to cater for all needs.

Habitación con pelos,en el baño tenía una pinza del pelo tirada en el suelo supongo del huésped anterior,plato de ducha muy sucio,cama muy blanda para mi gusto,pintura de habitación y mobiliario bastante abandonado para ser un 4 estrellas le falta bastante en mantenimiento ya que para los turistas si que tienen cantantes en directo y bastantes cosas para entretener pero para alguien que quiere un hotel 4 estrellas par descansar ese es el mismo que uno de 2 estrellas

Very nice hotel

If I am booking superior room which is renovated on the pics... I would like to receive it. As per room service my room was superior because I had fridge, kettle and mineral water.

It was ok for a short stay. Quite noisey and can be over crowded. Good value for money, good location. Breakfast included which was decent.

I was asleep and my fed broke during the night. I rolled off the bed and fell on the floor

Ha sido el mejor aniversario que he podido ir con mi pareja,es inpresionante una vez que entras al hotel, la atención, limpieza, personal, y es uno de los mejores todo incluído que hemos ido, seguro repetiremos.

Tolle Anlage, sehr freundliches Personal, liebenswerte Animateure (vor allem Betty und Colleen). Sehr umfangreiches Buffett. Nur die Zimmer könnten etwas größer sein.

Bra hotell om du kommer med små barn og ønsker en all in clusive tur. Ellers var hotellet som hvilket som helst annet syden hotell.

Das Essen war schlecht, das Personal überfordert und deshalb unfreundlich, Hotel überfüllt, Zimmer abgenutzt, Animation einfach einfallslos, Handtuchmaffia vor Ort.
