Los puntos fuertes del hotel son la comida (muy por encima del nivel habitual en este tipo de sitios), la atención del personal, la comodidad de las instalaciones y todos los servicios (varias piscinas, entre otras cosas). Los puntos negativos son la limpieza (muy justa, al límite), el estado de la habitación (nos tocó una en la planta baja muy por debajo de lo que se le puede exigir a un 4 estrellas) y el perfil de asistente (familias de turistas mainstream), que no esperábamos. No es la mejor opción de hotel para un viaje en pareja

Jättefint hotell/resort som inte bara erbjöd ett stort utbud av pooler och barer utan även flera roliga aktiviteter. Jättestor och bra frukostbuffé. Trevlig och tillmötesgående personal.

There was building works in the Adjacent Don Pablo and there was noise from the machines all day

Lovely property, some building work going on next door but nit intrusive, food good standard and staff excellent.

Restaurant was absolutely excellent. A great variety of meals. Excellent, friendly service from staff.

Need to improve Please give free water in dining

Close to the beach and town. Lots of places to walk.

Amazing holidays

Fue una estadía corta. La atención en recepción, en el restaurante y en el área del bar fué excelente. Esta bien ubicado. La habitación regular, hay cosas que deben cambiar ya para mejorar. Por temas del clima en Málaga entiendo que tienen la calefacción en las habitaciones, pero pasé mucha calor.

Quite time of year but staff were attentive and service was good and a bonus having the run of 3 hotels pools and facilities

Overall delighted with hotel staff went above and beyond when we left a bag when going home they delivered it to the airport for us….the breakfast was great lots of choice for even the fussiest person, the room you get is obviously based on what you pay, I personally would pay more for a bigger room with a view, I did have to bring to their attention a duvet cover that had what looked like blood on it, however it was dealt with quickly.. we were there in November and the hotel and torremolinos itself are quiet which is great, sadly a lot of restaurants seem to take their vacation for the month of November…but still enough choice of places to eat….will definitely go back

Very nice staff

Check in was easy however there where couple of of things we felt where a bit to much €23 aday parking is very expensive and a €20 per pool towel deposit this was overly expensive as this is not a cheap hotel to stay at.the room was small but clean bathroom had bath and separate shower cubical nice to have a choice. Alway plenty of hot water. The AC worked great. As the room door opened directly to corridor it could be noisey no good for a light sleeper. Breakfast lot of choice to much Evening mean was self service hot and cold food lots of choice alway two fish two meats on the gril a roasted joints 3 pasta dishes Rice dishes Salad etc lots for everyone. Service was quick once seated and drinks could be booked to room Several pools outside and one indoor limited changing area only 4 lockers no life guard The spa was expensive to use.

El aire acondicionado funciona fatal hemos pasado muchísima calor

Hotel clean and friendly staff . Negs are there are not enough lifts for the amount of guests staying as holds 4 in the two lifts per huge section of the complex. The WiFi is almost never working as cuts out
