Staff are super friendly. Room was nice but small. Only complaint was the construction going on next door and possibly in the hotel? Other than that an excellent boutique hotel in a great area, walking distance to all the touristy spots!

Este es el hotel al que llego cada vez que voy a Barcelona. Súper céntrico, tiene una parada de bus justo en la entrada. El desayuno es excelente y el personal muy amable. Las habitaciones súper cómodas.

O quarto não tinha limpeza 100%. Haviam cabelos longos sempre. A equipe prestativa. O café da manhã bem diferente. Muita coisa boa apesar de caro. Valeu a experiência.

The room was in good condition and the staff was great! The staff was kind, helpful and curteous. The biggest problem was lack of soundproofing, noise and the people on our floor: slapping doors repeatedly, and making lots of noise at all hours even 2 a.m (someone eventually complained to one of the guests making noise). There were 2 rooms that seemed to know each other and people from one room call out and scream the names of the other folks in the other room at the very opposite of the floor. We were on the second floor and most of the staff (even the cleaning lady) could see this was a problem but none of them seemed to comment to the guests to follow proper hotel etiquette. This was disappointing since we had stayef in this hotel before and had a totally different experience in the past. We had a second stay planned but decided to cancel as a result (we could barely get any sleep).

Guest services were excellent. The location is central to most of the major attractions. The only drawback was the noise levels at night.

This little hotel was lovely. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful with plenty of english, although with staff in the cantina we had to do a lot of sign language. Grocery and laundromat within walking distance. Lots of shops and restaurants around. Pretty touristy area near the top of La Rambla, and a good distance to the metro were the only drawbacks. Can't beat this historic building for its views and if my gym had the views theirs does, I would go more. Lovely small rooftop patio was a nice place to bring a glass of wine and look over the city.

Room was nice, staff at front desk were nice. Room had a nice balcony. Good location. Pillows were horrible, there were no face cloths or Kleenex/tissue. The room was very hot for us Canadians and there was no ability to adjust the temperature from the room. We were forced to sleep with our door to the balcony open because of the heat but quickly learned that Barcelona gets really loud at night with people yelling and partying on the street until at least 0530. No sleep because of the temperature, noise and pillows.
