This little hotel was lovely. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful with plenty of english, although with staff in the cantina we had to do a lot of sign language. Grocery and laundromat within walking distance. Lots of shops and restaurants around. Pretty touristy area near the top of La Rambla, and a good distance to the metro were the only drawbacks. Can't beat this historic building for its views and if my gym had the views theirs does, I would go more. Lovely small rooftop patio was a nice place to bring a glass of wine and look over the city.

Room was nice, staff at front desk were nice. Room had a nice balcony. Good location. Pillows were horrible, there were no face cloths or Kleenex/tissue. The room was very hot for us Canadians and there was no ability to adjust the temperature from the room. We were forced to sleep with our door to the balcony open because of the heat but quickly learned that Barcelona gets really loud at night with people yelling and partying on the street until at least 0530. No sleep because of the temperature, noise and pillows.

Hotel très bien situé, avec parties communes très jolies! Nous avions une chambre très spacieuse avec une super vue. Malheureusement chambre très bruyante car : 1. pas de double vitrage, alors que l'hotel est en plein centre-ville sur l'avenue Diagonal, un des plus grosses axes de circulation de Barcelone!) : on était au 5e étage mais on avait l'impression d'être au RDC 2. la climatisation faisait un bruit horrible, et ne fonctionnait pas vraiment bien. Dommage!

Great view from my room but it got noise on Thursday and Friday late evenings as the partygoers went out. Also got loud at 4am and 5am when the clubs closed down

I have stayed here several times before as I come here to get a procedure done down the street for my eyes. I have never encountered a more incompetent hotel staff, and even a drunk bell boy that was chasing me around, accusing me of stealing a cup from the kitchen. Keep in mind it’s a grown man who absolutely reeks of alcohol and I’m a young woman… and reception won’t even deliver you water to your room if you have any type of a handicap, so definitely don’t stay here if you expect to be around any type of hospitality.

Hotel Bonito. Bien ubicado. Están remodelando y desde temprano en la mañana demasiado ruido de contruccion extremadamente alto. Sábanas de cama “limpias” tenían cabellos. Limpieza a la habitación y cambio de toallas no realizado todos los días.

Hôtel au centre de Barcelone et bain que rénove , les chambres sont mal insonorises( on entend le bruit des voisins), la clim est difficile à régler, le coffre fort n’ouvre pas. Hotel en réparation depuis février donc Ascenceur pas disponible par moment donc descendre par escalier.

La ubicación es bastante buena. Accesible para tomar transporte afuera del hotel, bastantes opciones para comer en la zona. La zona es bastante segura, tranquila y agradable. El hotel es bonito y la habitación es bastante amplia. Lo único que cambiaría sería que el baño resulta bastante incómodo en viajes familiares, ya que no tiene privacidad.

Great stay for a short visit in Barcelona, would probably want to stay closer to the Gothic Quarter if I went back. They also didn’t have breakfast available, I think they had Reno’s so not convenient. But the room was lovely and the staff was kind.
