Everthing good except restaurant services not very kind. The food too salty!

The manager of front desk is great~ He give us 200% support even not his job!

Cheap for a 5 stars hotel

Very nice hotel with great service. Room is big and clean. Staff is very friendly. Location is convenient and near to the Indian Ocean.

Rooftop is the best bar with whole marine view, and also there is a very wonderful swimming pool . Food , service all excellent, the only backdraw is the room card very easy without working, I hope hotel can concern the quantity about the room card...However , I will give 8 in 10 full score for this experience .

Not a good hotel, but all the Sri Lanka Hotel is the same, suggest not place tourist visit to Sri Lanka

In general, the hotel environment and service is pretty ok. But there is something I've never experienced in other hotels. I couldn't charge the room servive dinning and laundry to the room becasue I didn't know that I have to puy extra deposit for any otehr expanse. This makes me feel bad... It seems that the hotel treats me like thief and I'll run away without paying....

The shower faucet was leaking , the airconditoner had sharp noise.Take hours to fall asleep ! The window curtain cannot close completly,the light woke me up in the early morning. Ask operator to find the duty manager without result. Takes long time to find the duty manager.

Need to do something about the smell in the hallway. No closet in the room. Only positive aspect is the service.

Very Good & Enjoyable! Good Location. Not in Central, but not far from Central, without rush, enjoy a bit of quite!

客室の掃除の後、足りないアメニティがたくさんあった。フロントデスクへの電話など利用方法がわかりづらい。シービューの部屋にしましたが、窓が汚れていて意味のないものでした。

This hotel is, at best, comparable to a 3–4 star property. It feels outdated and unclean, and the staff appear poorly trained—restaurant staff couldn’t even direct me to the restroom. They also do not offer lactose-free milk options such as oat or soy, and the restaurant manager confirmed they never have. It’s surprising and disappointing for any hotel claiming a 5-star rating. The room itself was not properly cleaned, including the bedding. Having stayed at most of the other 5-star hotels in Sri Lanka, I found this one to be a significant letdown. I would encourage travelers to consider alternative accommodations

I did not get the room i paid for which is not acceptable

It wasn’t very clean and the shower had no hot water.

Nice location. Good choices for breakfast. Nice friendly staff. Room had no windows had difficulty breathing with air-conditioning.

Lovely stay - bed was really comfy

Nothing more than ok. A very corporate hotel. Service was below average, staff needs guidance and education. Food in the hotel-restaurants was very good thou. Location is good, still need vehicle to get around. Room cleaning can be improved, e.g towels and glasses was not changed properly. Unfortunately, we would not stay at this hotel again.
