We stayed at the hotel for two nights and had a very pleasant experience. The rooms were clean and well maintained, and the staff were warm and welcoming throughout our stay. The location is convenient, just a 5-minute drive to the city, and also walkable if you prefer.
The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a great variety of options and everything tasted delicious. The dinner buffet was not bad, though not as impressive as breakfast. Overall, a comfortable stay and a hotel we would definitely recommend.

It is really a nice hotel, very employee give you a smile face and especially the lobby manager who is so nice lady, when she even should back home and suddenly found we need some help, she just stop leaving and help us to solve the issue we met. We feel we were home during our stay. Also the hotel's location is very good, quite and beautiful view.

Friendly, courteous and ready to help staff. Great views from higher floors. And at the top floor, Pool and the bar with distance views of the Knuckles mountain range. Buffet meals were good and at my visit this time Indian themed, due to majority of visitors were Indian. This was my second visit. For me the price to quality of service ratio for Radisson is excellent.

Unfortunately, my stay did not meet the usual Radisson standards. The check-in process was very slow and the staff seemed unsure of what to do. The room had an unpleasant smell, felt very basic, and the electricity went out during my stay, taking time to fix. Overall, this property does not reflect the quality I normally expect from Radisson.
