The room and common area finishing was old and worn out. The staff was great. The food quality at the restaurant was low.

We had a good stay and really enjoyed the breakfast buffet. However, I was emailing with the hotel for a week about scheduling an airport pick up and they refused to give me a final confirmation even though I provided everything they asked for. When we landed, there was no one at the airport for us so we had to get cash at an ATM and take a taxi.

Good location

The room was fine and nothing negative to say, but the 4th floor where our room was (including our room of 418) stank of stale smoke. There is such a pungent smell of smoke that has seaped into the carpet and walls it's really unpleasant - our room was bad but the corridor was so bad we genuinely had to hold our nose/breath when coming out the room to go to the lift. Would not recommend

Breakfast was cold. There were no proper labelling for special dietary food like vegetarian. Rooms need refurbishing, carpets look old

There were number of faults in the room, I.i noise from the ceiling, towels not change, broken cups needed changing, light in bathroom not working are just the few.

Got a smoking room instead of a non smoking room by purpose without checking with me.

Cleaness was no problem, but, the room keeping was not good enough.

Our flight was delayed so we didn't arrive until the morning, but they still let us check in and use the room, and gave us an hour later check out, which was super nice!

Everything was more or less up to the mark other than our dining experience. For dinner we ordered medium rare steak from the downstairs restaurant with buttered veggies and mashed potatoes. This is when things started to go downhill, the mashed came first, 10 mins later the veggies and 5 mins after that the steak. The steak was over cooked to the max, so much so that it was rubbery and not possible to cut. We had to send it back and at 1130 pm, with heavy rain outside, we had no other option other than to order from the same place again. This time we ordered the devilled fish and chicken, average and not the best. Not returning for sure.

Staff has taken extra money at last moment. We were about to miss our flight because of their mis management.
