The first night was very brothering due unknown source of continuous noise coming from othet rooms or other places even though i called the reception but nothing changed

A very comfortable stay with amazing views of the sea and the mountains. Just a setback was Hotels.com rates as they charged a lot of money compared to other similar sites. .

Location, Rooms , staff, pool, facilities etc are good except breakfast and meals. Meals not up-to standard of hotel. It’s average

It’s a comfortable hotel, a bit dated, but very clean and the location is amazing.

The hotel setting is fantastic. The views of the sea from the room and from the restaurant terrace are truly wonderful. But the hotel does not have a beach to swim from, and the town does not have much to offer. We took the boat tour to swim and to see dolphins (and that was lovely), but then we couldn’t find anything else to do during our stay. So if you are planning to stay for more than 2 nights, take a couple of good book with you. You’ll need them to fill in the time.

Stunning views of Khasab, neat small hotel

This hotel is one out of two decent hotels available in khasab. So the options are very limited to choose from. However l, this hotel has the basic facilities, such pool and Gym. It mis also nearby the activities and is considered to be a premium place for dubai visitors for overnight stay. Yet, the hotel does not host any entertainment or social place to meet up and enjoy music, dance or even shisha, as there is nothing in khasab to entertain. Also, the service in the restaurant for breakfast and dinner is slow. The staff tried their best to keep us happy, maybe my expectations were set high.

Good location as a base camp for outings into Musandam

Our visit to Oman was probably one of the best short holidays we have experienced. The hotel is in an ideal location, it is quiet and peaceful with amazing views. From our initial arrival to our departure the reception staff, in particular Fawzia and Lamia, were fantastic. They assisted with all our needs and always had a big smile on their faces ! The restaurant staff were also fantastic, the food is good with plenty of choice. The hotel itself is clean and well presented, we will most definitely be returning. The Omani people we met were all friendly and very welcoming a credit to their country, a visit we will never forget and will most certainly repeat !

Lovely location right next to the sea. Room balcony was great for our evening meal. 2 mins drive to Khasab town.

The Hotel is just amazing... Great location overlooking the Sea and the Mountains of Khasab ... The Staff are all so very helpful, Excellent Restaurant with a Good menu to choose from ...

It was very good

It was not good enough. First it is a bit expensive even during off season, restricted timing for using swimming pool, restaurant not having vegetarian meal option.

When we arrived they didn't have our booking in the system despite booking ok Expedia. It took almost an hour to sort this out and checkin. Room was ok and clean but over priced for what you get. It's a simple 3 star motel but a least clean. The facilities are basic and breakfast nothing to write home about. Lamb chops for diner was good though. I don't think that we will be returning here not that there is much more of a choice in Khasab. Definitely overpriced for what they offer. Staff are in desperate need for some hospitality training. There was no managerial presence at all.

A lovely, friendly hotel, with nice rooms, stunning sea views, great food and very welcoming staff, especially Fawziya and Leila in reception and the Philippine ladies in the restaurant .
