The property opened in 2004 and it has not been renovated since then. It is extremely outdated. I won’t get into details about everything that needs to change, but it is not a place. I will stay at again unless they do a major overhaul.

Everything was good - except that they didn’t consider our request for a late checkout at 3 pm. Usual response - we are fully booked; however the hotel is almost empty.

Friendly staff. Restaurant food isn’t great. I paid for mine, but couldn’t eat it. Location is the best and the view is far better than the sister hotel in Musandem. If you have kids, the other location has better pools. The facilities need updating, but rooms are decent.

Bien placé au dessus de la mer, avec une jolie vue, c'est le seul hôtel avec ces caractéristiques à Khasab. Et ça se paye, cher, trop cher pour la qualité globale de l'hôtel. Chambre de dimension correcte, avec un agréable petit balcon. En revanche la salle de douche et particulièrement celle-ci est ridiculement petite avec un rideau qui vous colle dessus dès que l'on est mouillé (très désagréable !). La piscine est belle, mais souvent envahie par des groupes de gamins très très bruyants et très très agités ! Le revêtement autour de la piscine a vécu plusieurs génération de trop. Coté restaurant, c'est très minimaliste, idem pour le petit déjeuner. Si vous avez une auto, préférez dîner en ville, il y a de bonc restaurants de poissons de la pêche du jour (voir mon avis sur google) ! Les personnels sont très gentils, accueillants, serviables pour vous rendre le séjour agréable. Bref rapport qualité prix pas super, mais si vous voulez voir la mer, c'est the place to be !

Einfach, preis Leistung passt, gut und sauber, sehr freundliches Personal. Hotel liegt auf einer Anhöhe, somit kein Strandzugang.

The first night was very brothering due unknown source of continuous noise coming from othet rooms or other places even though i called the reception but nothing changed

A very comfortable stay with amazing views of the sea and the mountains. Just a setback was Hotels.com rates as they charged a lot of money compared to other similar sites. .

It’s a comfortable hotel, a bit dated, but very clean and the location is amazing.

Tout était parfait vraiment parfait. L' accueil d'Ommat à la réception, la gentillesse de tout le personnel, la cuisine très très bonne que nous avons pu déguster chaque soir. L' emplacement de l hôtel est exceptionnel, je recommande à tous les voyageurs. L'hôtel a également organisé notre transfert jusqu'à Dubaï et tout a été parfait 👍 merci à toute l équipe pour ce séjour merveilleux

The hotel setting is fantastic. The views of the sea from the room and from the restaurant terrace are truly wonderful. But the hotel does not have a beach to swim from, and the town does not have much to offer. We took the boat tour to swim and to see dolphins (and that was lovely), but then we couldn’t find anything else to do during our stay. So if you are planning to stay for more than 2 nights, take a couple of good book with you. You’ll need them to fill in the time.

فندق يستحق الزيارة مرة اخرى موقعه ممتاز مع الاطاله على البحر . الافطار محدود غير متنوع.

Bel endroit calme et lumineux. Chambre spacieuse et très belle vue sur la mer. Accueil parfois froid à la réception. Les déplacements de l’hôtel,qui est l’un de tout,sont heureusement facilités par la mise à disposition d’un service de navette gratuite. Le petit déjeuner est bien trop cher 7.5 rials par personne alors que le dîner est à 10 rials ..

Freundliches Personal unbedingt Zimmer mit Pool- und Meersicht buchen, es lohnt sich unbedingt mit Frühstück buchen (man kann nirgends sonst Frühstücken) ist abgelegen, es gibt keine Taxis, wir hatten ein Mietauto

This hotel is one out of two decent hotels available in khasab. So the options are very limited to choose from. However l, this hotel has the basic facilities, such pool and Gym. It mis also nearby the activities and is considered to be a premium place for dubai visitors for overnight stay. Yet, the hotel does not host any entertainment or social place to meet up and enjoy music, dance or even shisha, as there is nothing in khasab to entertain. Also, the service in the restaurant for breakfast and dinner is slow. The staff tried their best to keep us happy, maybe my expectations were set high.
