Staff super friendly, great gym and all round lovely experience

2 nights stay in Stockholm. Very central for walking or for catching the metro from Stockholm Central Station. Also very central for mainstream shopping and for the Gallerian shopping centre beneath it.

Great location for accessing old town and the other neighborhoods of Stockholm.

Location was great! 7- 8min walk from Central train station. Metro is around the corner. Great area. The best bed and bedding. Amazing breakfast!

great location. room was a nice size and had an efficient design.

The rooms were very nice—modern, quiet, and comfortable. The hotel was difficult to find by car, with confusing directions and no clear signage. Although parking was mentioned in the offer, there was none available upon arrival. We had to drive around the city to find public parking and ended up paying extra, which was frustrating and disappointing. Great stay once inside, but getting there was a hassle we weren’t expecting.

Bed wasn't comfortable. The rooms doesn't have air conditioning.

Hotel is amazing but there were no windows in the room so no fresh air which when you pay so much money doesn’t make sense Meant we slept poorly and room got stuffy with aircon being loud and and rubbish quality Also connected to a loud him in the background which also impacted so out of our 3 stays at the hotel, this was the worst one Had a meal at the restaurant on the last night and this was incredible!

Location and breakfast buffet were excellent.

Liked the location, but could not change or adjust the temperature in our room was not good. It was extremely warm and hard to sleep. Also, there was no ice available on any of the floors.

Fantastic hotel in an amazing location. Staff are friendly and helpful, rooms are clean and comfortable, shower pressure is brilliant and the breakfast and gym are great. Would stay again and recommend!
